I wish I can give rating in minus, we ordered multigrain bread sandwich and bread was very stale. I called them to complain and let them know but staff talked very rudely. Please don’t go here and if you decide to go , make sure before buying food. Staff member lied also that they made fresh but bread was very hard , chewy, stale. Zero customer satisfaction service.

Subway at this location is small and may not be suitable for larger crowds to dine in. Customer service was great, my takeout order veggie delight was good. Good that they took my order correctly. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Not ample parking space, only 6-7 spots were there.

I wish I could give 0 stars to an employee named Sarita. My husband, Vishal, visited on March 5th around 1 PM to pick up our online order. When we selected multiple sauces through the online order system, she started arguing with us continuously stating its hard to add this many sauces .. If she would have said it normally I would understand but she was rude she said only indian people do this because sauces are free once they start charging no one would add any sauce as if we cannot afford it..again her tone and behavior wad rude it wasn’t an ordinary talk.. she embarrassed us in front of other customers which is totally inappropriate
If subway online order allow us to add as many sauces as we like why would she argue over this???
She was extremely rude and even made racist remarks, which was very upsetting. She also claimed that we would be charged for the sauces, even though there was no such charge mentioned in the online order. She kept referring to Taco Bell as an example to justify it.
Her behavior wasted our time and caused unnecessary stress. This kind of rude and disrespectful treatment toward customers is unacceptable.

Ingredients are NOT fresh, slimey cucumber on top and squishy tomato slices. I scraped those off the top as best I could along with the copious amounts of lettuce that I thought came into contact with the cucumber- I tasted a piece of chicken from the very bottom and immediately threw the entire sandwich away. I didn’t even know that chicken could be so rubbery and tough. So disgusting. You are going to make people sick.

This was my go to subway location but I will never return to this place again after my experience tonight. I went in stores to pick up two of my tuna subs I ordered on the app. When I was picking it up I saw that the male worker was making my sandwiches, I noticed my tuna was toasted with cheese on top but before he added toppings I asked if he could remake it and only toast the bread because to my knowledge I only selected the toast to be toasted not the tuna and the toast. He rudely said no I should’ve specified in the comments which I didn’t argue against. But toasting tuna only makes it unpleasant and fishy and when I ordered in person before they never toasted the tuna. I briefly looked down at my phone and let him complete the sandwich but oddly it happened too fast. I thought to myself if he even put any of the toppings I asked for on my order but didn’t want to annoy him since it seemed to get busy around the time I came and he was already moody. I drove home and opened my sandwich to see he forgot to put some of the sauces my sweet onion teriyaki, Parmesan vinaigrette, onions and black olives. When I called to let him know he made my order incorrectly he was belligerent, in denial, and rude. I asked him if he wanted a picture of the food or I could drive up and show him and he hung up on me saying he made it correctly and he knows he did. It was such a bland and awfully made sandwich. Please avoid this location if you can.

Very worst subway please People never ever go to this subway The owner of subway Mrs Puspa is working in subway so when i put online order and go to subway she said is it your order i say Yes. she said You have to wait there 10 mins .subway is free no customer at all and her employee said i make your subway at the time owner puspa said to her employee if they put Online order do not make right away you have to wait for 10 mins.The lady behave such Rude She didnt listen anything and make it by her self if you said we dnt need this but she putiing little little veggies and too much sauses on it. (11/3/22) Ordered 2 big footlongs and the lady that made one of them barely put any meat on it. It was more bread than anything. The Young man knew how to make the 2nd sandwich properly though. I ordered early in the morning at 11am online for them to make it as soon as I get off at 6pm. I get there it wasn’t ready plus there was no one in the store. When I called ahead to let them know I’m on my way, the lady said the online ordering isn’t working… but I get there and she has the online order and started to make it when i said i was picking up!!!! She lied to me..
BUT the GPS took me to 150 Parsippany road SOMEONE’S house.. but the address in front of subway after I found the place says 05 Parsippany road… its located across the street from a chase..
