Walked in to pick up my order and the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. Nobody had hats or anything on to keep their hair restrained. The blonde girl just stared at us while she continued to have a conversation with her co-worker, she never greeted us or anything. After saying something to them finally the person she was talking to came from around the corner to wait on us. As he pulled my order out the warmer he said “oops someone put your salad in the warmer, so it will be a few minutes because we have to make you a new one” I was annoyed but I was like well at least he spoke up and didn’t just give us a hot salad like I’m sure some others would. When we got home the first piece of pizza we grabbed had a black hair baked into it. That just completely ruined everything. Someone seriously need to step up and manage this place because it is just disgusting! I have never been to this location and will NEVER go back! Only reason we picked up from this location tonight was because Uber Eats automatically sends to the location closest to you. There is another location just as close that I have never had issues with but this one is just big NO! IMO’s costs way to much money to walk into such a disgusting store with such unhygienic employees! Do Better or close this location because YUCK!

Imagine ordering your favorite meal in your hometown that you order every visit, spending over $100 as I always do and you point out something as simple as they didn’t add Italian seasoning topping and they give you a hard time. Per the lady, I’m guessing she was a manager since no one else knew how to charge me, I have to pay for it. Not even sure how much it was but it’s clearly not on there as it normally is. I hate bad customer service. I wouldn’t have even inquired if I knew it would be such a big deal. I can definitely spend my money where my issues are addressed to say the least.

Employees are not Welcoming, Friendly or Honest I asked if the Chicken was fried and the man said Yes. Told me That’s the only way he Cooks his Chicken. To My surprise it Wasn’t Fried!!! They Gave Me Baked Chicken With Watery, Red, Runny Sauce On it!!! The Pizza Was Loaded with A Lot Of Tomato Sauce People Behind Bars Get Better Food Than That!!! This Place Should Be Out Of Business!!!

Wow that’s all I can say this is totally un acceptable…I’m in St Louis visiting and I wanted to enjoy a pizza I’m a vegetarian so there’s no meat just mushrooms.And this is what they delivered and sold me..
The pizza was burnt to a crisp without cheese or sauce and very few mushrooms..
I can’t believe a establishment would sell something like this to a customer.
Don’t patronize this place because you’ll regret it..

This is THE BEST Imos location, the people that work there are always awesome, the food is always cooked to perfection, and we’ve been ordering from this store for 4 years now. Pricey, yes, but SOOOOO WORTH it at this location!!!! The delivery guy tonight was our usual driver and AS USUAL, quick friendly and on point!! Thank you guys for being the BEST Imos in the area!!!
