I don’t like dry pizza. I ordered extra pizza sauce and extra cheese to insure the pizza wouldn’t be dry. They delivered in about 25 minutes. But all three pizzas had large swatches of dry spots with no toppings. We called and they were super happy to replace the pizzas. They were a little better but still had problems. It was nice of them to replace them. I will give them that. But when I bit into the area of my slice that had a bubble, the crust cracked like a cracker. Totally dry. Over half the pizza was bubbles. I don’t know how many times I have to be disappointed to learn my lesson. I don’t think we will ever order from here again.

Ordered online and the tracker is a scam. It goes thru the process of making, baking, and ready but that’s all a lie. I got there and online said my order was ready. Even the TV screen said my pizza was ready for pick up. But they hadn’t even put it in yet. I told the supervisor and he just said “yeah I wish it was more accurate” like what? No apology? No future discount or free drink. They lie and scam and then don’t do anything to make up for it. I won’t be back.

We ordered online. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and clicked the box for “cheese it up”. Then I realized they charged me $2 extra dollars for that. So I went into edit and removed the cheese it up check. I was sent a pizza completely burnt and without any cheese. Then when I called they said they can’t help me because I ordered online? Buyer beware.

Ordered a pan pizza. Walked back in after realizing it doesn’t look like a proper pan pizza and was informed it was indeed a pan pizza and sent on my way. Very unsatisfied. Ate a slice after I was sent away the second time.

I wish i could change my delivery store to a different location. I order from the springville store every other month or so. In the last 3ish years that I’ve lived in their district, I dont think I can count on one hand how many times they have gotten my order correct. I’ve called and called and while they try to correct the situation every time, I really just want to be able to have my order correct the first time.

My mother had gone into this location around 5-7 PM and was greeted with terrible customer service by about 3-5 crew members doing nothing but ignoring customers while others wait to order pizza. Not even a hello, how are you, nothing. Go ahead and go to this location if you want terrible service by miserable people.If you want dry pizza go in here as well, terrible management who doesnt care about who they hire. This location needs to do better

I called in and ordered two pizzas for carry out. I was told it would be 15min. I arrived, and they did not have my pizzas. They checked the boxes and then found my call in receipt on the counter. They quickly cooked two new pizzas. I sat at a table and waited. They brought the pizzas to me and said, “Have a great day! It was our mistake so there’s no charge”. I was willing to pay and they wouldn’t accept it. The location was also clean and inviting. I will certainly order from this location again. Kind staff who accepted responsibility for an oversight on a busy Friday.

Waitedliterally two lobbies full of people to finally get my order after it was just sitting on the rack and I had to come up to the counter and ask is that my order just sitting there that I’ve been waiting for for two lobbies full of people and they say yes a bunch of teenage kids running a store that don’t know how to fulfill online orders in a respectful manner made me sit through two full lobbies of people. How irritating. Had to ask me for my name more than two times to not even start the order.
About 20 people came and got their food before me and I’ve already placed my order Online and so did everyone else and I had to wait in line of 20 people people that Some came in without even ordering online came in order a pizza I got it made and then out the door before I can get mine. This is a joke I don’t want to eat this pizza anymore. No one to complain to either so here’s You’re one star review dominoes your Friday night teenage crew can just keep being oblivious
