I typically don’t leave reviews, but today I had to! I will never come to this Papa Johns again. I asked for my pizza well done and received cardboard with cheese. You can not eat the pizza because it is terribly burnt, also there is no topping on the pizza; they put 3 pieces of chicken on it and called it a day.

Also the lady at the counter tells me they charge for Parmesan cheese packets and pepper packets. I’ve never been to a papa John’s that charge for these items. It’s a pizza place bro. Everyone in that building today needs to be fired.

This pizza was terrible; I could only take one bite of a slice and had to throw the whole pizza away because it would’ve destroyed my teeth. Terrible business and customer service. Especially the white woman with glasses working the counter. Terrible.

The manager Alex is a rude person and has no ethics to speak with a customer. I ordered to large pizza’s well done and I know how well done is. It is nicely baked not burnt to ashes. The pizza was clearly overcooked and burnt like cardboard and the manager was not at all interested in even listening to the concern. She was outright rude and was not interested in even speaking empathetically. Here are some pictures u guys be the judge. This is the first time I had such an experience at papa John’s which is well known for customer service. Really upset about it. It is not about the money but about the loyalty of customers.

This location has delivered partial orders more than once. The last time I ordered, they didn’t give me the pepperoncinis I paid extra for. The manager doesn’t pick up the phone. When I submitted feedback through the online form, the manager (Sam) responded:

“We are sorry that we have not met your expectations at your local Papa John’s store. I would like to personally apologize that your experience was not the best.

We do not take these issues lightly and your feedback will be used to improve our ability to serve you in the future.”

They have made no attempt to refund me. They don’t respond to email or phone. I’ve reached out to Papa John’s customer service and they are apparently also unable to get Sam to follow up.

The most recent delivery also had hardly any spinach on one pizza and unevenly spread sauce on the other. Poor quality. Terrible customer service.

I ordered two medium pizzas and ended up with a one small and the other mostly burnt bread since there was absolutely no sauce on it. I take the pizzas back to get remade and it’s a two hour wait. So I settle on a refund which i thought I got when the lady gave me a receipt and recited the refund total. Luckily I checked the receipt before I left and saw I was just handed another customer’s receipt. Went back again and finally got my refund receipt. I will be watching my account to see if this goes through and I will never order from this location again.

After the pizza arrived over an hour, this is how it came. I kept trying to excuse the time, but then I found a hair baked into the pizza too. I took a video (it won’t let me add the video to show you) of how the hair is attached to the pizza. I lost my appetite. The whole thing appears to show that the workers don’t put much care into the food.

This is by far the worst franchise I have ever ordered from. I called to complain about my cold pizza and these nasty wings that they sent me. The person on the phone that claimed to be the manager hung up on me, blocked my number, and refused to give me a refund. I asked for the owners information and they said I need to find that information on my own. I want my money back!!! Your store should be shut down! No wonder your ratings are 2.8!!

Apparently everyone you speak to at this location is a manager. I spoke to a manager(Johnny) prior to making an order. Based off that conversation I was informed that it wouldn’t be a problem with me ordering 8 pizza for my place of business and for it to arrived at 10:30am. I specifically needed it for that particular time to ensure that the staff could eat within that allotted time. Unfortunately, that’s not how that played out. After repeatedly calling the store the morning of after the agreed upon time; I finally got a hold of someone at the store. Guess what another manager that even though I placed and paid for my order two days prior that they had orders before me and he was the only person at the store. Being that this is suppose to be a place a business you should be aware of you have enough employees to accompany your orders that you get. My main problem is if it was going to be a problem I should’ve been informed this prior to placing the order. Remember I did speak to a manager. This location had two days prior to make contact and I could’ve made arrangements with a more suitable company. Ending result was because the lack of communication, accountability, and among other things me and my colleagues wasn’t even able to eat hot pizza but had to deal with cold pizza after sitting for a few hours. Personally I will be contacting corporate and never order from this location ever again.

I ordered a Customized Pizza (Mushrooms as toppings and Cheese Alfredo Sauce as the sauce type) from this place through Doordash one evening. The packaging was good and it was very well handled by delivery guy. It was delivered to me within a reasonable time. The pizza was cheesy and tasted really good. I loved the fact that the garlic dip was also given along with the pizza. Overall, it was a good experience.
