Wish I Could’ve left 0 Stars!! I stopped in yesterday morning for some coffee & while there decided that I wanted to bring home some donuts for my family. while looking at the options I noticed bugs crawling on ALL the donuts. I informed the guy at the counter that there were bugs flying on all the donut’s . he looked over to where I was pointing, looked at the donut case , shrugged his shoulders , looked me dead in my eyes & said “ do you want some or no “ I said absolutely not!!! Needless to say I won’t be coming back to that location again ! & I reached out to the health department! Absolutely disgusting!!

A very clean store. A polite staff, a humorous and engaging manager, they get your food out to you rapidly, hot and ready to eat. The store can be busy because of its location at the intersection, and you never seem to get the wrong order. Better service than many of the other Dunkin Donuts in Waukegan.✔️✔️✔️✔️

When ever I’m on this side of town I come here to get my coffee an egg wrap the drive-thru is a little bit lengthy to go around but otherwise fast efficient service the girls are are outgoing and friendly never had a problem here

I come here at least 3 tines a week. And 7 out of 10 times I have to go back in to get my order fixed! Usually its something small such as needing/wanting some extra creamer/flavor. Sometimes it’s my whoke order being wrong.
Today was the LAST TIME I wills be going to this location! I had to repeat my order 3 times in the drive thru. You would think they would get it right after hearing it 3 times and they repeated back to me correctly. I ordered “very light ice” on my ice coffee, regular cream and sugar and I got a lot of ice and the cup wasn’t even filled to the top so on top of the extra ice I got robbed of the coffee too. Plus there was so much sugar that there was about a 1/2 inch maybe more on the bottom of the cup.. I also ordered a bagel “very lightly toasted.” My bagel was so hard that i couldn’t bite into it and trying to rip it into pieces was difficult. So I gave up it.

Too many flies around donuts. This is in the winter, imagine what summer will be like. Management needs to take action or Waukegan health inspector should shut down place until they show meaningful change to assure clean area/food.

there was about 30 flies all over the donuts which I found absolutely disgusting. I ordered a strawberry drink which was WAYY too sweet, and when I asked the employees if they could add some water, they refused unless I payed for the drink entirely again plus extra for the water. I didn’t even finish half of the drink when I threw it away right before leaving.
