OK , if you read any reviews, hot foods hot, cold foods cold. I detest lukewarm food. The bowls were lukewarm and only a little amount of chicken. Mostly Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy/corn 6 nuggets on each bowl! Customer Service is ok. My young adults were hungry, so we ate it. Wouldn’t buy again. Over 20.00 for mac/cheese,potatoes/gravy Bowls meals, extra bread slaw drinks…. Oh Ok. My bad next time…. I’ll keep it moving.

This location sucks doors are always locked and long wait time. They always forgetting something you ordered and they have attitude about it and try to act nice and throw in extra food. They forget to add food to your bag And you have no way of letting them know unless you waitin that long drive-through again if yall that short staffed close down then.

You let someone else steal my daughters pickup order then refused to replace it on Christmas Eve. Lied and said he showed you a confirmation but he couldn’t have, because he doesn’t have her phone. He probably read the name on the bag and said it was his. And just because the customer and the thief were both white, does not mean they are related! Do better!

If you choose to order here, don’t expect to actually get what you ordered. This is the third time I’ve ordered here in a month. So i kinda blame myself for coming back twice after the first issue. But every time i come here and i order something they don’t have it. It i order online i have to change my order when its time to pick it ups I dont know if this store simply doesn’t order enough food or if they just don’t feel like making more food but it’s unacceptable! Simply put , DO BETTER! No way someone should have 3 negative reviews about the same establishment!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Slowest service around you’d think they had to kill, skin/pluck, cut up and bread the chicken still after you ordered. Food is lukewarm and mediocre at best. They can’t even remember what you’ve ordered or be bothered to make sure it’s correct. Learned my lesson for the last time lol.

Don’t waste your time cause their either out of chicken, they’re machines are broke, or people just won’t answer the damn speaker. Shut this location down if you can’t hire competent employees.

Got a chicken pot pie just out of the oven for my husband, and when he went to eat, it wasn’t done and there was all dark meat like from the leg of the chicken and 2 pieces of chicken skin inside! Ewwww. Needless to say, it went in the garbage! Well, that did it for KFC! Never again will we eat there!
