PSA NOT A KAREN. PLEASE PLEASE READ!! BK itself is taking money. I’m sorry to call them out but depending on how you place your order or how the employee types in the order it will charge you more!! Was just at drive thru night shift and ordered at 1:20 am. There’s more than likely a history of receipts. The lady charged me an extra $3 for nothing and I confirmed the price was off but she said the receipt machine wasn’t working. I’m going back tomorrow to report to the manager and please don’t go to ANY BK without making your order online first if you can. Burger King will charge you extra money. Proof is my order explained here:

I asked for a fish sandwich meal with heavy tartar sauce. First of all, when I asked to upgrade to a meal, I assumed they’d make it a medium not a small. Was very surprised to get a tiny drink. More importantly, I asked for heavy tartar sauce and they barely gave me any. It’s not a hard order. The guy who took it sounded like he’d rather be hitting his hand with a hammer than working at Burger King. I get it, it’s fast food, but at least pretend you’re not dead inside. There are 5 other fast food drive throughs immediately around Burger King. I’d recommend people go to one of those instead.

So I went here yesterday just for a kids meal around say 2pm? because I was out and about running errands and my kid was hungry, got to the speaker and had to repeat myself 3 times, no problem, well on the third time I was told “I can’t hear, you don’t need to yell in my ear, you want a kids meal cheeseburger, anything else”with a very rude attitude so I just decided to not even proceed with ordering. Like the attitude was unneeded and ridiculous.

Everytime I go there they want you to drive around & they bring your food out! WHY! There is nobody behind me. Then I go park & others are waiting as well. This is the worst. This been going on for about 3 yrs. I don’t go there much, but this my experience every single stop there.

Food was cold . Had to park and wait for drive thru order. 5 other cars waiting as well . Forgot ketchup when requested extra. Ordered 3 whoppers and 2 fries . The only thing warm was the fries barely.

Honestly this is my favorite Burger King to go to I will drive all the way over to this one. The food is always fresh to the point where the food looks just like the pictures on the menu. I’m very picky on where I go to get food and for me to say this means something. I have also ate here 3 nights in a row because it was so good. The staff is always friendly to me and understanding and my sauce that I ask for is always in the bag.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. Service was horrendous. I ordered 3 burgers and a large fry at the drive-thru. There were 2 cars in front of me and 1 car behind me. Each car spent almost 5 minutes each at the window waiting for their order. So, after waiting 10 minutes for the 2 cars ahead of me, I began my wait at the window. Almost 6 minutes go by when a women comes to the window and asked me to pull around to the door. I said, I’ve been waiting 15 minutes, how much longer will it be? I was told 2 minutes. I said, then I’ll wait here. She closes the window. 30 seconds later another woman (who was the manager) comes to the window and says “if you refuse.to drive around then I refuse to serve you.” She slams the window shut. No refund was offered. I waited. In less than a minute, she returns with my order and says, “Don’t ever come back here again.” Then, she tossed the bag at me and slams the window shut. Really? Don’t worry, I would NEVER go back there anyway. That manager was extremely rude and had the worst attitude. Obviously, something is really wrong with her and she took it out on me—the customer. She needs sensitivity training, an attitude adjustment, and a leadership workshop. If she knew how to be an effective manager, it wouldn’t have taken 15+ minutes to fulfill my order. And, to top it off, the order was incorrect. One burger that was supposed to be plain (due to an extreme mustard allergy) had everything on it with an unbelievable amount of mustard. Yes, I did mention the mustard allergy when ordering. So, this made a horrendous experience potentially criminal. Into the garbage it went.

This Burger King has major problems. Avoid it at all cost. Have it your way somewhere else.
