Like most people these days on a diet, I find Arbys is a healthy choice. I believe in going to restaurants, whether that be fast food, fan food or dine in that offer a good balance of taste, quality of the experience and value for my time and money. Arby’s is literally the only restaurant around, but it definitely offers good value. I purchase the bacon beef cheddar sandwich most of the time without the buns, and they usually hook it up with a massive amount of sustenance when doing so in a high quality plastic bowl. I wouldn’t even be able to go to the grocery store and get this much beef for the cost.
