Two Sticks baked our wedding cake last week and it was just stunning! It was exactly like we wanted, beautifully decorated with flowers we provided and absolutely delicious in every flavor. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Two Stick’s is an absolute treat. I was introduced to it by a colleague, and dropped in once to try it- and let me tell you, it was totally worth it! I am not a morning person, but I find myself planning early morning visits just to see what new menu item I can try. I don’t prefer sweet menu items (and my colleague who got some sweet orders wasn’t a fan), but the savoury items absolutely kick ass. Their Zucchini Pumpkin Goat Cheese Hand Pies are an delicious experience with every bite, and the fun part is you get to see them making more in the back. While I did mention the smaller sweet items (either too sweet or bready for my personal taste but still get over by 9am on working days) were not that good, their whole cakes (non slice versions) are really worth trying. I do not have photos to add to my review right now (because everything gets over too soon) but I’m planning to visit again soon (for those amazing hand pies) and will try to get some shots on here.
Service is friendly and as fast as 2 counters can accommodate, so you won’t find yourself in a line for longer than 10 minutes if you’re lucky.

I placed an order the day before for a selection of baked goods from Two Sticks Bakery’s daily display case, and everything was ready right on time. Ordering was super easy, and the prices were really reasonable. Most importantly, the treats were a hit—especially the maple pecan bars and the chocolate chip cookies. Everyone raved about them!
If you’re looking for something special for a gathering or business meeting, I highly recommend them. Bonus: the shop smells absolutely amazing—they could probably charge admission just for that. I also grabbed a latte while I was there, and it was just as delicious as the baked goods. Definitely a place worth stopping by!

Very sweet staff and delicious pastries! The coffee is also phenomenal (they make all of their syrups from scratch). I’m more of a savory girl so I love love love the focaccia and scones, but the bars and cookies are delicious as well! Get there early, as they do sell out quickly.

Every outing should have at least two elements – if you’re at a park, consider a picnic; if you’re watching a movie, have some drinks after; if you’re starting a work travel day, some comforting vittles and caffeine are in order.
Enter Two Sticks: an amazing addition to any adventure. Top tier, fresh baked goods (never been disappointed with the selection) offering both savory and sweet little treats, combined with quality standard cafe fare, and you’re well on your way to a divine pre-9:00AM. Foccocia? Cookies? Hand pies? Scones? If you’re trying to emotionally optimize a day that you’ve got to hit the grind heaby, then Two Sticks should be on your starting roster.
That being said, they are a bit funky – no indoor seating, only two customers are allowed in at a time, and practically non-existent parking. Things that a lesser establishment might need to contend with to bring in customers.
But all the more testament to their exceptionality that despite all that, they are always a unanimous vote for a morning start.
They know what they have, and I wouldn’t change that for a minute.

They are now so popular (and so deserving of it) that if you want a specific pastry, you’ll have to get there right at opening, they sell out their stock pretty fast.

What a gem for Bloomington! Great service and delicious bakery! Loved the huge pecan pieces on the pecan bars. Not too sweet and tasted just right. The peanut butter cookies were chewy and crunch. I also had a latte coffee with oat milk – smooth and rich. Glad to note that they can afford to open from 7:30 to 2pm on five days a week.

Oh my goodness I can’t say enough about two sticks bakery and Kassie! We were lucky enough to be able to have our wedding cake made by Two Sticks Bakery and it was the best choice! We were able to pick 3 flavors of cake for our cake tasting and ended up getting our wedding cake in the Lemon Yogurt Cake+Lemon Curd+vanilla buttercream frosting…can you say heaven on a plate! I also ordered a single dairy free chocolate cake+dairy free chocolate ganache for my brothers birthday which happened to be on our wedding day❤️Wow! So amazing! Kassie was prompt, professional and sweet throughout the whole process! And obviously the cakes were incredible and gorgeous! We will be ordering many more cakes and sweets through Two Sticks! Thank you, Kassie!!

This is a lovely little spot in such a convenient location. For a gourmet bakery, I think the prices are really fair and affordable. Never tried anything here I didn’t like. The apple crumble coffee cake is to die for, and for savory people, their sweet corn and cheddar scones are amazing as well. Great coffee and lattes, too.

Two Sticks is by far my favorite bakery in town. I have tried most of their baked goods and have never once been disappointed—if you can, get your hands on any scone, hand pie, or a slice of their tres leches cake… it can be competitive to get exactly what you want because of how high quality the products are, so be sure to show up early (7:30-8AM is best!)
Kassie also did a custom gluten free cake for our wedding and I’m not kidding when I say it was THE BEST cake I have ever had. Our family was talking about it for months afterwards.
The staff and owners are truly wonderful people who work hard and clearly love what they do. Two Sticks is an absolute gem in the Bloomington community. ♥️
