We ordered their $5 sandwich special to go. Their qr code wouldnt work. The manager, who couldn’t speak english ran credit card through for full amount. We cancelled order and then she refused to credit back card. Disputing with card company. Will never eat here again. Very rude manager

Please note: to all the reviewers complaining about the awful red head…she was finally FIRED!!! The fella that works behind the register when we visited was very pleasant & professional!! He even showed me how thin the turkey was sliced bc the Conroe location cuts theirs WAY too thick!
The restaurant and restroom (ladies) was very clean.
The lemonade was very lemony, so if that’s your thing, you’re in luck! The diet DP was amazing! My daughter and I both got turkey sandwiches mine with veggies, hers without. My sandwich was good, but my daughter thought hers tasted funny. We concluded that she doesn’t like their cheddar cheese. She also got a Cinnabon which actually looked fresh and not day old leftovers thrown out by Cinnabon like I’ve seen in other locations!

The food is great the employee are awesome but the owner and the atmosphere is a piece of work the owner and runs off people and his business off that helps other people in a time of need and a restaurant is supposed to be a place for people to get out and enjoy and should not have a limit of how long people sit their especially people who don’t do anything wrong and are on laptops and the owner doesn’t want anyone that isn’t a customer using their bathrooms but their are people that have bathroom issues and can’t wait or hold it and your going to tell them they can use the restroom that’s not right a restaurant is supposed to be open to the public and all this owner dose is run off his customers that bring them business and messes with the people who isn’t hurting anything or doing anything wrong

I ordered online and apparently made the mistake of asking for custom no tomato add black olives. I guess I’ll try to be less demanding next time. Completely inedible even if I were not allergic to fresh tomato. Also no black olives. It also appears this has exactly 4 pieces of shredded cheese on it. Do better Schlotskys. Especially after septupling your prices and lowering quality.

Since I can’t get a refund on my order I’ll just leave a 1 star review ordered a French dip sandwich and got something vaguely resembling it with the only similarity being there’s a little roast beef nothing is right bread is wrong dip has no flavor taste like water and it’s just straight up bad when I ordered a French dip. Instead I got some other garbage thanks. But somehow my second order came out right yeah not going here again be careful ordering online

Went to the Willis location today because our Conroe location was closed. Bad decision. The person that took our order then went into the kitchen and I assume he made our sandwiches because he also brought them to our table. All while 2 other employees were sitting in a booth playing on their phones. There was no tea. Our sandwiches were very thin and were made with what looked like the bread that is used for the pizzas. We ordered the Jalapeño Cheddar bread but got Sourdough. My sandwich was supposed to have avocado but all I got was a smear of avocado on the bread. Both of our sandwiches were tasteless.
Floors were very dirty. Will not be back.
