I picked these sandwiches up. When I got home I gave my wife her sandwich, a #13 Jimmy Cubano, toasted and cut in half, as the receipt states. It was not cut in half. While I was doing other things she ate hers. She said she was disappointed with a $9 sandwich being so slim with only one slice of ham and just one thin strip of bacon. She showed it to me and I agreed.
When I got to opening mine – #2 Big John with extra roast beef and added horseradish – I found a soupy mess of too much mayonnaise and a scattering of super-slim slices of roast beef.
It feels like we paid a lot for a couple of pieces of bread with some accompaniments.
We have previously enjoyed Jimmy John’s sandwiches with a satisfying amount of ingredients. This was amazingly disappointing. I hope that this was a one-time error at store #1314. It is very likely that we will give more consideration to Jimmy John’s competitors in the future.

Terrible experience today! We stopped in around 3 o’clock in the afternoon and they were not busy. Per usual, browse the menu board to get an idea of what we want. There was no acknowledgment of us being at the order counter at all; I felt invisible. It was after several moments that I realized the store had moved to a Kiosk based system. I don’t really have a problem with that, however, if you are going to change a process like this after many years, you might want to provide some better guidance–a small sign on the counter is not adequate! Finally processed the order on the kiosk, and again no guidance on cups and signs, you just have to figure it out yourself.
After all of this, using a system that should be saving time, we waited nearly 20 minutes for our order. This was largely due to one of the employees gabbing on and on with one of their friends that was hanging all over the counter and being in the way.
One more thing. If you’re going to offer toasting sandwiches, offer it for all sandwiches. You should be able to toast a Pepe ham and cheese without out upgrading to the three cheese ham sandwich.

I could barely get anyone in the store to acknowledge me. The manager was there, but made no eye contact and talked to his employees the entire time. I stood in line for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for my sandwich. No one else was in the building at the time. They continued helping the people in their drive-through and made me wait. Definitely a pain when this was a for a lunch break.

Why is your menu NEVER lit up at night???? It’s not legible and very frustrating if a person wants to order something new or different. I sat for 2 minutes last night at your dark menu watching someone mopping and no one ever asked to take my order. So I left. I really like JJs but my last 3 experiences including over 80 minutes for a delivery have been subpar. What’s up JJs????

Unprofessional management and employees! Underage employees flirt with customers, making them feel harassed and uncomfortable. The problem was reported to management and regional management, management did nothing to correct the problem, underage flirtatious employees are still employed there. This Jimmy Johns has been avoided multiple times to avoid the underage flirtatious employees.

I’ve been coming to this location for several years. I go through the drive through but have been inside once years ago. My sandwiches are always so good and today it seemed extra fresh and made with care, so thank you guys for doing such a great job! I really love this place. Keep up the good work! Today they remembered to cut my sandwich in 1/2 as requested and handed me napkins! Appreciate you.
