The place is so pretty and cosy. The onion soup was delicious and is quite a good portion so having that alone would have been enough, the snails were good. The staff were friendly and professional. Sitting on the low chairs at a low table, even though I am quite short was not the most comfortable to eat.

We ordered the “afternoon tea” which includes a tray with salty and sweet snacks, accompanied by a glass of champagne and a cup of tea. 695 kr per person (around 61 euros). First time in Oslo so can’t decide if it is reasonable or overpriced. The attention and the service was really nice though. The atmosphere is lovely. When we asked for and english menu, they didn’t have it but they were really helpful, explaining everything and all. ✨

Perfect place if you want to be feel you’re no longer in Oslo – the place will transport you to France with the interior and the cuisine.
Our host was extremely friendly and created a home-like atmosphere though I felt bad for her having to manage a full restaurant by herself.
We ate brunch, and we’ll be coming back for afternoon tea soon.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect, but the real highlight was the service. Stan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about our dining experience. It’s rare to find service this good, and it made our meal so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend dining here and asking for Stan—he’ll make sure you have a fantastic experience!

We’ve had to ask for the menu because nobody was taking care of us after 20mins, one of the men employee said that they will bring the menu, we still did not have any menu after 20mins so my friend went to get it inside. Then 20 more minutes nobody took the order. So we left.
I precise that we have booked in advance and that the restaurant was not crowded at all. Meals looked very poor content speaking and very expensive. Drawings by pen in the bathroom do not make this place “high-standard” and worth for the price.

Booked this place a few weeks in advance. I wasn’t sure whether there would be enough space for a stroller, so I sent an email to ask, no on ever answered, so we booked somewhere else. The day of the booking I get a bill of 2500kr for a no-show. Beware of the cancellation policy for this place.
