I’m only leaving a review because this has happened twice in a week. Ordered the grilled cheese burrito, burnt on both sides. I called and they just said “sorry that happened.” They also had the doordash driver waiting for over an hour. Not good.

Boyfriend and I came through here while on a trip to visit our friends. Literally just finished eating and I felt compelled to write a review because of how delicious this Bell of Taco was. Doritos Loco Taco, with crisp shell,
hot meat and quality ingredients, I had the honor of devouring you whole. Nacho Fries, fried to perfection, you were the cherry on top of this experience. And the Baja Blast, my beloved. After all of these years of knowing your sweet embrace, it has never felt quite this good. The workers, no, the soldiers, the saints, put themselves on the front lines to bless us with this meal. Ordered a few items. One of them was nacho fries with cheese. Picture for reference of how much cheese i receieved and rest of food was sloppy. I know its just fast food but really?

Absolutely ridiculous wait!!!! We got stuck in line with 3 cars ahead of us. It took them over half an hour to get us up to the order window. I was so peeved that I could not get out of line tjat I didn’t even order or get food. When I asked why it was taking so long they said “we’re busy.” Busy? BUSY??! How long does it take to make a taco? The dining room was closed. Avoid this Taco Bell AT ALL COSTS?

The employees are always super friendly and helpful, the drive through line is sometimes extremely slow like most Taco Bell locations. Primary reason for the low rating is that this franchise owner refuses to offer the online deals of almost every other location such as the build your own luxe cravings box. Offer the deals we come to Taco Bell for.

The wait time in drive thru line was very long. When I ordered the food, I asked if there is any problem inside in making food. The manager on other end replied very rudely and angrily and told me it is not fast food, and to go home and get out of line. I said why are you rude and he said it will be like that. This is one car lane and no one can even come out of line. I have never experienced such service before at Taco Bell. Then one of my order was grilled bean burrito and it was not grilled. This I found when I came home. Then I called this branch and no one pick phone. I understand busy time and too many orders but the way manager replied was RUDE, BAD BEHAVIOR and my wife was shocked at this. She didn’t even want to get order and wanted to come out of line, but there is no way to do that.

2:49am I pull into the drive thru, I’m greeted with a “we’re closed.” I asked when they closed because I thought they were open until 3am. She said “that’s in 10 minutes” ???? Okay lol???? When my job is open for set hours we stay open for those set hours, we don’t close whenever we feel like it! Drive thru time is ridiculous. I sat in line for 25 minutes. I had 2 people in front of me.
After 10 minutes, I called the Taco Bell to see if they were even open. They said they were super busy with the drive thru, people inside, and door dash. When I pulled in their parking lot it was EMPTY!
Their only saving grace, is there are two men that work the window sometimes that are very nice and pleasant.

This is a horrible Taco Bell location, the manager is extremely rude, the employees are super slow and lazy. Door Dash driver was waiting for 20 minutes for the order and mention this to the manager, and he went off about being very busy while he was standing there chit chatting with some customer all those 20 minutes. If I could I would give it a negative rating.

This is not fast food, i live down the street from this place. Been here twice and I’ve water over an hour for my food. The only reason I didn’t leave was because I was stuck in the drive through. Don’t come here. By the time you get your food the ice is melted and the food is cold. Don’t let the 5 star reviews fool you. STAY AWAYYYYY
