Shut this location down! I’m so tired of wasting money here. Either the fries aren’t cooked throughly or they’re giving out cold food. Wasn’t even given an apology for having to come back and get food that was missing from my order. Just candidly handed me the ice cold food and closed the window. Fire everyone including the owner!!! 2/7 10pm shift.

Service at the drive through is always great. The food is good. The issues at this location are with the dining area. For some reason the floors are always sticky and it doesn’t seem like they clean the tables properly.

So apparently this is the new signature club sandwich that they have supposed to have bacon on it, cheese, and pickles. Now for granted I had asked for the pickles on the side and when I get home and I open up my plate this is what I see and I upsized everything to get a large fry and a large drink I got the large drink I got a regular serving size of fries they didn’t put bacon or cheese on my sandwich and the last time I got one of these they did the spicy Zaxby’s sauce instead of the regular…. This makes the third time my order was not right at the time of school location and this is the first time of me writing a review!!! And the basket of toast this go around had so much garlic in it I couldn’t eat it The butter was saturating the bread like grease and I just couldn’t deal with that much garlic and butter soaking in the bread I even waited 15 minutes till I got home before I finished the piece that I took a couple bites of and it made me so sick because it was so heavy with butter. And wayyy to much garlic.

Ordered their Zensation salad and cheddar bites. Both tasted good, but… severing sizes for the price were very disappointing.
For just a little more, a much better salad can be had at Applebee’s, with a size a good bit larger. The Zensation salad was right at $11.00.
The cheddar bites were right at $5.00… and the serving size was rather pathetic.
See the photos for serving sizes. Take note of the size of their “spring roll” for reference to the size of the salad… and it’s not that the spring roll was large.
Lastly, Zaxby’s should teach their employees to welcome a customer when they approach the register to order… and likewise, they should teach them to say thank you too. Employees seem to have no interest in being there… so why should a customer want to be there either? Zaxby customer service used to be great… but no more. Even reaching out to Zaxby’s corporate office… no reply… I guess they don’t care either?

the workers were literally beefing and arguing i never post reviews but the worker was also rude and said “ill get to you when i get to you” i paid for extra for extra fries and extra seasoning, didnt get that. ordered a side of large fries they put a few in a small box and didnt give me one of my drinks theres more that was wrong with my order but who even cares bc they obviously dont. do better fr if im paying extra maybe do your job and read what the receipt says when youre putting an order together lol

What a rip off. We paid for a large fry, and this is what we got. We complained to the employees, and they said this is a large. She even said that this is a complaint they get often. Are you kidding me? There’s one common denominator here. Do better, and stop ripping people off!

I used to love Zaxbys but after the last few times I have been very disappointed. I normally get the boneless wing meal with sweet and spicy sauce but when I opened my box I saw that there was absolutely no sauce on my wings. I also get a diet soda with my meal and the last few times I have gone the soda was out and it did not taste good. I am very upset because this used to be my favorite place. Very disappointed.
