June 2025 – Really great first visit. My wife has celiac, so having a fully GF bakery somewhat close is amazing. Service was very friendly and a nice, easy vibe. A small space, but well used. The menu changes daily. We got the peanut butter rolls, cinnamon rolls, and cookies – perfect! Go visit Cupkates! NOTE it is on Santa Fe, but about a half block off the sidewalk.

Well, my wife and I went to CupKates in Salina KS. We had lunch and bought pastries! The quality of the food was unbelievably fantastic! It was our first visit and it won’t be our last by any means. The sandwiches we had were so good and made with fresh ingredients. We could taste the care and effort put into each one. The young lady that took our order and served us was, I believe to be the owner, was so courteous and kind. My wife and I are not the typical consumer that might enter such small establishments; we are however, appreciative of quality. This is the place! This is the best gluten free bakery/cafe we’ve been to that we we’re concerned about the “safety” of the food or ingredients. I think anyone that steps into this place will have the same experience as we had. We’re definitely looking for to our future visits.

We were on a short trip through the area and stopped in due to the great Gluten Free reviews.

What a gem! The bakery goods were amazing! Very fresh and tasty! Highly recommend anything with their cream cheese frosting.
Although their maple pecan pastry is a must have!!!
These are some of the best I’ve tasted, including in the Chicago area (home base for me)

When you are anywhere nearby, highly recommend stopping in for some great bakery goods and a friendly chat with the owners.

If they start to ship their pastries, I will be placing orders!

My family and I had the pleasure of visiting a lovely shop with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the baked goods were delicious, and the outdoor seating area, equipped with musical instruments for kids, was a wonderful touch. I would not hesitate to give them 10 stars if possible.

We were passing through Salina on the way to Colorado and needed a wholesome breakfast. The coffee here was the best I’ve had in a while, and the breakfast sandwiches were amazing with fresh ingredients. Ans the pasties holy cow. So great to find an all gluten free place. Thanks CupKates!

Our friends from Minneapolis Ks stopped in and bought the Bacon, cheese and jalapeños, scones, monster cookies, and the oatmeal moon pies for us since I have Celiac. Wow all I can say!! We are From the Topeka, Kansas area and the gluten-free bakery closed in Topeka. But when we’re in the Salina area, I will definitely stop by!!

Found this wonderful place on find me gluten-free app. Everything is so good that you will not miss the gluten! A great menu with lots of options and yummy bakery goodies. Ate lunch there with my son, I have celiac but he does not, and we both loved everything. Plus the place is just as cute and welcoming as can be. A treasure!

I went to this bakery a few days ago for the first time and let’s just say, I will definitely be back!! I got the woulda coulda Gouda breakfast sandwich which was to die to for! I also got an oatmeal cream pie and a maple cinnamon roll. All I can say about them is that I wish I would’ve bought more!! So yummy and you wouldn’t even know they’re gluten free!! I absolutely recommend this bakery!!

Awesome place with great food and the best fresh apple cider I’ve ever had. I’m not gluten intolerant but visited with someone who has celiac and everything we had was great. Breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal cream pie. All delicious even if you don’t need to avoid gluten.
