Went for lunch and during Covid the restaurant is closed to dining in, only the drive through is opened. Wasn’t super busy and didn’t have to wait very long for my order. My order was accurate and was tasted good! Service was great and pleasant. This Dairy Queen is located right off Hiway 212 in Damascus right next to Safeway.

Today from 11 to 11.30 we were there, we made food, the potatoes were over-salted and there was a very strong sangvis with the fish, it was disgusting, everything was raw there, it was terrible, they just spat everything out, how can that be??? if they don’t know how to work, then there is no need to be there, everyone had a stomach ache after this disgusting lunch we won’t go there again!!!!!!!!

Got a peanut buster parfait in the drive thru, they had it so full that when I opened it, it oozed over the sides and all over me. I had to dump a bunch out, out the window, it went all over the side of my car, all over my hands, my shirt and my pants. Worst experience at DQ ever and now I have to go get a car wash. I don’t even know how they fill the thing so high before putting the lid on, but someone needs to be re trained to learn how much to put in there so this does not happen. Super annoying!

What a disappointment. I’m a big DQ fan but the Country Gravy in my 6-strip basket was the consistency of WATER. The gravy is half the reason I order it. Such a let down.

I only get a half hour for lunch, so I walked over here to the dairy Queen for no reason if I still really want dairy Queen I have to go back and get my car and then fight traffic.
Edit: maybe instead of an empty apology you can update your hours so people don’t walk over here before they’re able to get into the lobby?

Went to DQ Damascus this morning bout 11am ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a number 1 combo , got them home cheesburgers were so sloppy I had to scrape most of the ketchup an mustard off , think they used a whole jar , the bacon cheeseburger combo was about the same but with a tomato that look a day or two old and lettuce that was turned brown on the edges , and all was thrown into the bag on top of the fries that were only 1/2 full and not real fresh to the taste , with the speed it took to make this order driving from the keosk to the pick up window ,the order shows exactly just how they threw this order together in under a minute and Slopped it up with all the toppings BUT I WILL NOT RETURN !!

This Dairy Queen seems to only be interested in drive-through business. Their in-store seating is frequently closed even though you see several employees inside, more than enough to adequately serve the dining room. This is not a sit down restaurant where a server come to your table everything is ordered at the counter no different than those coming to the drive-through. For some reason they can’t be bothered to have their inside seating available. But for customers that need or prefer to sit at a table rather than have to deal with food and dripping ice cream in their car they are not interested in that type of business. There are lots of other ice cream shops in town that are more than willing to provide superior service.

Loved it! Especially getting dessert with the $7 meal deal combo. And you can choose between a cheeseburger or chicken strips. I also tried their BBQ strips recently and they were to die for. Excellent flavor, really hit the spot. Thank you Dairy Queen!

The food is really good but the lobby hours are strange. It shays til 8pm but it’s actually more like 730. If you order inside you’re you have to get your food to go. An after effect to this is you’ll be forced to wait in a drive thru that’s possibility 10 cars long. Watched several people, take a pass, and leave.
