Usually rlly good no complaints on icecream today they had a super salty older lady working Idk if it’s because she was alone she was in a bad mood at about 11:45 but she needs to work on customer service is all all we said was I asked for icecream in a cup n she had a whole attitude for it it was kind of laughable it really wasn’t anything serious other than that old lady 10/10

I was in line for about 15 to 20 min before we saw the “cash only” sign. At that point I could no longer reverse to leave so waited in line another 10 to 15 min for water. The cash only sign should be made visible sooner so people don’t waste their time

Anyone else notice that lately the blizzards seem to be made with less toppings like the royal cheesecake. For a few weeks now they seem to just put the strawberry core at the very top only, let’s say a large cup is around 8in and 3in of top has core the rest is just regular blizzard. Go to any city like sierra vista and they do them properly. Kinda of a rip off i say, even the regular blizzards barely have topping now. What happen did they make the measuring spoons smaller on them or what?

Just went and got the kids ice cream and the guy at the window took forever to make our order by the time we paid and got our stuff it was melted and he didn’t even give us the right ice cream and when he was clarifying the order at the window he was being kinda rude.. and he forgot the ice cream cone and he forgot to add the dipping in one

My wife and I used to work at the DQ in Show Low from a time, so we know how things are or are not supposed to be. I even managed it for a time. If I was rating that DQ I’d give it 5 stars, just because I know the love and care the owner puts into it. This DQ I give 4 stars, because they’re good, but there is absolutely no reason they shouldn’t have a grill yet. They even moved to a bigger building about 7 years ago, it’s time to get some good DQ food here as well.

This dairy queen doesnt have coconut so they couldnt make what i was craving. But they still made everything else we ordered and they made it really fast. It was clean and the tables weren’t all sticky like othef DQ’s I’ve been too.
