I wish I had come here sooner. I needed something quick so I swung in here without enthusiasm. However, the experience blew my expectations away. The sandwiches are excellent! I enjoyed the Mediterranean with chicken and it had a great balance of bread and moisture. The texture was pleasurable, and I don’t often get that experience. Also, the two gentlemen working inside were super nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

I liked the service and it was fast, employees are friendly and knowledgeable!
One improvement to think – Sandwiches size are small for the price!
Overall, I had a good experience on a cold freezing day with excellent hot and delicious Veg Sandwiches, hot and delicious Veggie Soup.

It took 17 minutes to get our food. They were only two people working. And the cashier behind the counter was extremely rude. He didn’t honor the 8 minute promise. Refused to give managers schedule. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. MEDICORE FOOD

My bf grabs lunch from here almost every day while at work and sometimes he even comes home for lunch and surprises me with it! The bread is ALWAYS fresh as are the ingredients! They have great sandwiches and the one time I had their soup it was AWESOME! Thanks for always having prompt service and delicious food!!! You guys are the best!!!

First time trying Potbelly after seeing so many good reviews, so I decided to give it a shot. I ordered a simple turkey sandwich on white bread, but what I got was multigrain with mushrooms, lettuce, and hot peppers.
I went back in, and the girl at the counter immediately asked, “Did I mess up your order?” She offered to remake the sandwich and gave me a free bag of chips, which I appreciated. I handed her my receipt so she could double-check the toppings, but a minute later she asked me again what I wanted—she had lost the receipt.
The place was pretty empty, so that was a bit frustrating. She was friendly, and I give her credit for trying to make it right, but overall, the sandwich was just okay. Not sure it lived up to the hype.

The one thing you should get with chain restaurants is consistency. I’ve eaten at Potbelly before in different states and the food always been decent. Not awesome… but good. At this particular location the service was fast and the kids working behind the counter making the food were courteous. As far as chain sandwich shops go Potbelly is right up there.
