Your basic Taco Bell. Slightly smaller, but conveniently located. Service is drive through focused. The in-resturant ordering kiosks are miserable. Decent fast food, when you want fast food and don’t want fries , made from ingredients you can’t pronounce.

Wow! What an excellent experience at this Taco Bell location. The very kind lady working the register went and got the manager (Hunter) to help me with an app order. Hunter was so polite and professional that I felt like I was greeted by the manager of a five star restaurant. This place was so clean and orderly. I watched them crank out drive through orders at a place that would 10x the profits of my local Taco Bell in Manistee. I’ve written many reviews and few times to I wanna contact corporate over such great service but I will be today. Expectations have sunk so low at many fast food restaurants these days but this Taco Bell location’s manager and staff set that bar back so high it gives me hope! Kudos to Hunter and your staff, I hope you’re recognized for your excellence that is so rare a find sir!

The best TB in the area. Not perfect but always friendly and willing to help. I have never had bad tasting food here but they have made mistakes during rush times. Nothing other locations don’t also do.
I think this location is above average on all areas. I’m not mind-blown by the food or atmosphere, but I will give the service 5 stars because they are all hard workers it seems and they are always polite to me, even if I might be at the tail end of lunch rush and they’re obviously tired.
Clean inside and is kept that way very well. This is a great location.

Got nacho bell grande with extra beef and cheese, but seemed very skimpy and bottom layer was crushed chips. Chicken chalupa had almost no chicken and grilled cheese burrito was disgusting I threw more than half of it away. Staff was great, diners were noisy.

This is a unique (to me) Taco Bell. When you go in there’s several kiosks where you can enter your order without human interaction if you choose. Another customer who frequently this particular store helped me with ordering from the self-service as I was completely unfamiliar. While I was ordering I could hear the manager praising his staff on how quickly & efficiently they were getting food prepped. It was really nice to hear the upbeat reinforcement see how everyone visible to me responded to it so positively. The woman that brought me my to go order saw that I ordered water, but hadn’t seen that I’d ordered 4 bottles of it. I pointed it out and she was quick to bring the other 3 bottles as well as a bag for me to carry all of it in. This may seem trivial, but in an era where ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ are dang-near a foreign language, one hears the words so infrequently, I was pleasantly surprised by her willingness to provide customer service the way I was taught it should be done. I wish I’d thought to get the names of the manager & the employee that waited on me. I was quite impressed with both. As always the food was good and I barely had to wait at all even though it was lunch hour. So kudos to the Zeeland MI Taco Bell management and staff.

Our go to location. We typically order on the app and find the team to follow changes/substitutions very well. Occasionally there will be a mistake but taco bell is pretty good about making things right. Can get some rather long lines during peak times.

It was just before 6:30 pm and there were a total of 4 people waiting for food. 1 of them was a to-go order. One other person ordered food after me. 20 minutes to get my order of 3 crispy tacos, a bean burrito and an order of cinnamon bites. Unbelievable. This is supposed to be fast food. If I wanted to wait this long I’d have gone to a regular sit down restaurant. I looked and there was nobody in the drive thru. The guy behind me just got his order before me. What a joke. Waste your money elsewhere.

Went to Taco Bell to try their new chicken nuggets. Its definitely not real chicken. It tasted like rubber. The chicken was also discolored. I will leave a photo for you to review.
