First off if I could give this establishment zero stars I would! This place needs to be closed down for good. I came through the drive through at 7:50pm and they told me I couldn’t order crispy chicken because they already had their fryer off. I asked how long it would take to turn it back on so I could get what I came fore and the lady started yelling at me through the drive through and told me to pull around to the window. I get to the window and I asked the lady there who that was screaming at me and she said “her name is Susie”. I asked to speak to Susie and she said no that they were on a timer and they didn’t have time for that. You are being paid to do a JOB, if you don’t want to do your job you shouldn’t have one. If Susie is really this woman’s name then she needs to be fired!!!

Just needs to close their doors! Make a complaint and corporate has yet to call me back. I visited the store again and asked for fresh food and they gave me the worst of the worst!! Then you call and they never answer. Did I mention there were no cars in the drive through for them to move slowly having you think you are getting fresh food!

My friend and I went for our lunch break from college. We waited at the counter ready to order while an employee and some other lady chatted it up at the otherend. The employee kept looking at us and finally walked as slow as a human can down to us took my friends order then after she paid told her they didn’t have what she ordered. Once we ordered got our food it tasted like old grease and right now I feel like I am going to puke. I ate two pieces and I wish I would have thrown that $8 away.

First off, the called to tell me they were out of dark meat, and asked to swap for white(ok fine). However, I ordered the fill ups box that is supposed to have fries… there is no fries in that box. Also ordered a side of gravy, and received 2 cold single serving size mashed potatos and gravy. Never again will I order from this location. I’ll go to Ferriday where at least it’s good!

The worst service I’ve ever received at a KFC in the entire United States. For someone who travels as much as I do, it’s a nightmare to understand English as spoken by these people, and instead of making it a more pleasant experience, they intentionally speak as if they have a sock in their mouth, and as if that wasn’t enough, they have an attitude that makes you want to leave them talking to themselves.

The best KFC I’ve been to as an adult. Clean and nice. Service was fast. The cashier was super nice. The food was hot and fresh. That cranberry lemonade was so good!!!

Food was good, drive thru only. Parking lot looks like their closed. I handed the drive thru attendant a $10 bill for a $7.35 plate she shut the window and walked away without giving me change or saying anything. I waved and then had to tap on the window. She said “I have to get change.” And shut the window again. I got my food before my change, people behind me where honking. When she finally gave me my change she said no thank you , sorry or even have a nice day! Lack of communication big time!!!!
