I have been coming to the Mad Greens Denver Art Museum for years, and this review is long overdue! This is where I wish I could give more than 5 Stars. It should be 10! I appreciate the level of professionalism and cleanliness at this location. It shows that they have a “team” mentality, and listen to guests. It’s always been consistent, and they have DAIRY FREE OPTIONS which us dairy free folks tend to often get overlooked; so it’s nice to know they can accommodate DF. They make it a point to hit all dietary restrictions. Kelly the Manager is especially efficient, and her hard work is proven in the product, presentation, and performance of her staff. She ultimately is responsible for keeping this place perfect, and you can tell the ownership and the pride she takes in delivering a great experience whether dine in, take out, or catering. This remains to be one my favorite go to spot in the Golden Triangle, such a cute setting for lunch!

Food was delicious as always! The staff were courteous, though it felt like they were rushing us a bit. I get that there was a line, but I don’t think most of us mind waiting — especially if the team is friendly and engaging with everyone. It was also a little odd that there wasn’t a self-serve ice or soda dispenser, but their teas and fruit drinks were excellent!

Their salads really are amazing. I like the Pancho Villa. Their drink bar is super nice. You can get wine/beer and your usual variety of coffees and teas. The waits can be long depending on what time of the day you go, but they keep things moving.

My favorite chain restaurant of all time! Every time I go, I am excited about how good the food is. I instead go to a Mad Greens than a Chipotle any day.

The food is packed with flavor, and I always feel full for the rest of the day. Also, their selection of healthy sodas is top-notch.

I recommend to everyone to check out Mad Greeb for a healthier meal alternative than your regular fast food!

Excellent restaurant for fast service and healthy options. MAD Greens menu offers salads, wraps, soup, and protein packed bowls. I ordered the Bonnie Parker large salad. The salad had mixed greens, cheddar cheese, craisins, apples, spiced pecans, grilled chicken, and smokey cider vinaigrette dressing. The large salad with no sides or drink came to around $10. The long line moved fast, I will be back again.

We went here for lunch after visiting the art museum, lots of options for the whole family. My kids got the awesome box, my mom got the spicy bacon bowl, and I put together my own salad (regular size was plenty filling though pricey for the basics). Only complaint was the apple chopped up into small pieces in the awesome box was so bitter (granny smith), and fyi – the pasta is plain, comes with ranch for dipping I guess. The pink maine root soda was yummy (made with prickly pear cactus). Lots of seating to choose from. Staff was friendly.

They’re charging almost $2 more for the same item on Uber Eats. When I received it, the label says it’s $6.95. It may not be a lot of money, but it’s about the principle. Stop ripping off your customers. An Uber Eats rep confirmed the store is responsible for the price difference of the items.

Buddha bowl was delicious. I was a bit skeptical on trying this place out based on the review ratings but I really liked the combo flavor on my bowl. It had a little kick to it but not overwhelming. I recommend it.
