They usually good food but unfortunately the last carnitas burrito I got was burnt and dry. I took it back and showed them and asked to replace it with carne asada. They were not happy about it. When I cut it in half to eat it, it was mostly filled with rice. Bummer! So much for making the customer happy.

We went in to pick up an order. And my daughter ordered a soda from their fountain dispenser. She She tried different 2 different sodas. And they were both bad. We told the lady and she said ‘so what do you want me to do? ‘ very rude and unprofessional, I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to shop here!!

They’ve recently remodeled the entire dining area of this wonderful taqueria. Very nice in its new appearance.

Combine that with (in my opinion) some of the very best burritos in Concord (the delicious burritos are just a special treat amongst some of their other fantastic food dishes), and what you have is a Five Star Mexican fast food dining experience. ❤️

Los Portales is most definitely worth the visit, especially if delicious Mexican fast food is what you’re looking for.

We always order the carne asada super burrito with no rice and the grilled chicken super burrito. The carne asada and chicken always have tons of flavor! And you have to go with refried beans, that’s the key!
