Hasn’t been to this location for quite sometime. The last time was less than pleasant. I thought I’d give them another try and I was glad I did. The food has improved and the cleanliness was a lot better. Staff was friendly enough and service was good. They are priced accordingly for the amount and quality of food you get. Will be back.

We stopped in there last summer to have breakfast because we had never been there before but always wanted to try them because we had always heard good things about Bob Evans restaurants. Not so! We ordered eggs and bacon, with hash browns and a side order of biscuits and gravy. The eggs weren’t completely cooked and the bacon was burnt. And when it comes to the biscuits and gravy, I’m not sure what the gravy was because it was brown and runny in a different container and the biscuits were hard and cold. We were very disappointed and will never be back again.

Went in this past Saturday morning. Had the country fried steak and eggs and my wife had scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon. Let’s start with the cheese on the scrambled eggs, looks like the just tossed it on at the last minute, because when it arrived it was still cold and not even remotely melted. Bacon was not well done. In fact it was undercooked. When the lady manager came out she was aggressive and stated we par cook our bacon ahead of time. Then, during the peak times we put 4 to 5 sheets of bacon on the grill along with our sausage patties and links to help get to get the food out faster. I said what?, you don’t cook your food fresh? She goes we only cook enough product for 30-45 minutes.

Our waitress took our order and then the food and drinks were delivered and we didn’t see her again until she came by and tossed our ticket on the table and finally asked if we needed drink refills. We had a manager in between her visit when he asked how the food was mother showed him an eggshell. He is also the one who brought our drinks. The over easy were anything but over easy and the bacon was hard. It seems there are problems that need fixed.

I went to Bob Evans for the first time, and it was great! It felt very homey, and the waitress we had was so sweet. I just got the classic breakfast and coffee, and I really liked that it came with your choice of bread. I got the banana nut bread. It was so good!! We’ll definitely be coming back regularly now!

Our hamburger sat under the heat lamp for 10 minutes. Food was served after 30 minutes. I ordered cranberry chicken pecan salad. No pecans were in the salad. No bread available with the salad (it typically comes with banana bread) but when I checked out there were at least 20 packages of sliced banana bread. If the waitress were on top of her game she would have opened a package and given to us. Waitress threw bill on table and kept walking. Would not recommend

Checked reviews and number of dissatisfied reviews but we would give it a try since we hadn’t been there for awhile. 10:30 in the morning and not to busy. Entered, greeted by a nice young lady and was seated immediately and given menus. Within 2 or 3 minutes our server was there to take drink orders. My wife asked for tomato juice and was informed they didn’t have it on the menu so she ordered apple juice. Within a minute or two are server came back to apologize that he had been misinformed and they had tomato juice. Orders were Cinnamon French Toast with Carmolized Apple slices and whipped cream topping. My order was the Everything Breskface (not sure of menu name). 2 biscuits and sausage gravy, potatoes, 2 slices of bacon and a large slice of ham. Asked if eggs scrambled could be a side dish and possible extra gravy. No problem.
Food came out hot and in a short time. Our server Pete made sure I had plenty of coffee. Very pleased with the service, quality and amount of food we recieved for $36.82 including tax. We will definitely be back sometime. Thank you all for a great breakfast.

The food is great, we’ve only ordered takeout, which seems to take a bit longer. For a neurodivergence human with sensory issues, you definitely dont want to eat in because they have an open concept floor plan that encourages echoing.
