Okay we usually order from Marco’s on Main St Toledo Ohio at least 2-3 times a week depending on the week but tonight was the most worse/ horrible food and service I’ve ever received!!!!! First I was put on hold I could hear the employee taking down someone else’s card information like definitely not cool makes me wonder if they did the same to me then did not sound pleased kind of on the rude side! Well after I placed my order it came to 42 and some change the first delivery person it was well over an hour and to top it off he didn’t give me a receipt to sign cause I usually tip no matter what cause I just do but he didn’t have or didn’t want to give me a receipt at all!! I found out they gave their self a tip without my knowledge!!! Then me and my children started eating our pizza and mine had hair cooked into the pizza and my cinnamon squares were either burnt or they dumped the whole container on it so I called for the first time to complain which I hate doing that at all!!! And I explained to the manager and she said she would have them remade and sent out in 15-20 mins it took them another hour and the second driver was a woman and she got an attitude with my daughter and her tone and body language was NOT OKAY AT ALL considering she’s 12 gonna be 13 then proceeded to argue with me and very unprofessional I ended up not eating the food I spent a lot of money on because they did the same thing to my cinnamon bread again and I do have pictures it looks so nasty to me too much and it felt on purpose!! The manager also told me to make sure they give me receipts like that’s my job to make sure I sign them idk ♀️ I just think she wasn’t informed or just bad at her job!!! But will not order from them again and it’s sad cause I love their food usually but their staff is just off the wall now!! They are just very nasty and rude to customers and they should be fired because of it I’m sorry but not sorry get better staff!! And make them wear hair nets cause it was disgusting to me!!!

Mary Jane is the most patient person I’ve ever encountered at a pizza restaurant. I’ve probably ordered hundreds of pizzas from the various chains. She’s the best, ask for her.

I placed an order for pick up of two pizzas at 11:13, was told 25 mins, online showed it would be ready at 11:41..get there at 11:45 and was told they had not even made them and it would be another 30 mins before ready! Like wowwww, this is by far the worst Marcos—dude cutting pizza’s sneezing and not covering and not using soap water to wash the hands I watched him sneeze into!

I called to cancel my order because it was placed ant the wrong location and the MANAGER was very rude to me on the phone. Cut me off while I was speaking to tell me “the other manager already told us- have a good day” and hung up on me. I was trying to be polite and communicate- and she was short with me and a very rude tone. I think as a manager- they should have exceptional customer service skills. The crew member that answered was more polite. This is exactly why I don’t order from this location is the first place

I picked this place from a list of pizza places near me and I was really happy with my choice. A major reason why I picked Marco’s Pizza was that they had vegetarian options on their menu. I ordered their medium Garden pizza (four types of cheese including feta, mushrooms, black olives, onions, sliced tomatoes) with jalapeño topping and it was absolutely delicious! I reheated it the next day and it still tasted good. Marco’s Pizza offers only carryout and delivery. Their service was good and fast during my visit. I’ll definitely try their other vegetarian dishes on their menu.

I ordered pizza and they said 40 minutes so my bf jumped in the shower, I have a heart condition which makes it hard for me to get up and down the stairs. Well it came ine 25 minutes, which was really nice but unfortunately took me a minute to get down there. I apologized right away but I was met by a smart ass comment and it was completely unnecessary. I should have snatched my money back and slammed the door in his face, but I didn’t. I just really don’t understand why people feel like they have to be rude when they don’t know the circumstances.

Ordered from this location while visiting my new grandbaby and got it delivered I was hungry after working all day so me and my daughter decided order pizza, got the pizza and there was no pizza sauce just meat and cheese and bread so I thought I call let them know manager tells me I made the pizza myself well u should know u didn’t put no pizza sauce on it I mean arguing out like I had to lie about her mistake or employee mistake took several pictures told her I send her the pizza since she was swearing she put sauce on the pizza this Marcos need a better manager cause she don’t know how to talk nor apologize for her mistake period
