Everything was good just didn’t get our free brownie and we spent over 40$ but over all the pizza was good and the beef but when your advertising something that should be priority to make sure that guest receive the best experience we came all the way from Chicago

I didn’t know my review would get reviewed lol but for them to recognize me as soon as I called to place another order for the pizza (which my son loved) they made sure they made it right and gave us a brownie which I think is more then what a lot of places would do it’s a 10/10 that’s what you call excellent customer service and we will be back again and again thank you guys blessings to you all

We LOVE Tortorice’s and I was hosting a training event at work and had to order lunch for 35 people. Wanted to show off our favorite local pizza shop. Called them up and they not only accommodated my request, they did everything perfect. The pizza was a hit! No surprise there as we’ve never had a bad meal here. And we’ve ordered many different things off the menu and it’s all good. The delivery was on time and she was so helpful.
I had leftovers and when I announced to a few people they could take some home they literally stopped what they were doing to go get some because they didn’t want to lose out on getting any.

This was my first time ordering from Tortorice’s. I’ve been living in this area for over 20 years and I always contemplated ordering pizza from here. Today, out of the blue, there was a Facebook coupon that came up on my feed. It was a sign to finally try it. I am glad I did. The pizza was delicious! The ingredients were super fresh and the pizza was delicious. I’ll definitely be back.

Best pizza in the area, by far. Other menu items are surprisingly tasty as well. Management and staff are probably the friendliest food workers I’ve ever encountered. The way they decorate the store front for holidays and engage with the local school district just shows that this is a local business that cares. Location is perfect too. This will be our go-to spot for as long as we live in the area!

One of my favourite pizza places in the area!
I don’t know what it is, but something about the picasso crust is so much better than other places we’ve tried with a similar ‘extra layer of cheese between the dough’ type crust.
The pizza always comes out great, not overly doughy, and honestly… That crust adds such a great chew.
Great proportions of crust to cheese to sauce to toppings. Consistent every time. Order has always been ready when stated, and the folks who are there when I pick up are always super cool.
Keep up the great work!
Minor comment: add side cups of sauce to the online ordering system. I always have to use a workaround to add a side, add extra sauce with that, and remove the side (unless of course, I want the side!).

I stopped by Torrisi’s Pizza in Downers Grove today and had a great experience. Matt was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. You can tell he really cares about the customers and the quality of service. The food was delicious, fresh, and served fast. It’s great to see such genuine hospitality at a local spot — I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Torrisi’s to friends and family!
