We had ordered through the app for a delivery order. It took 2 HOURS to get it and we had to call twice. The first time they said it was cooking now and then the second time they said there were a lot of orders in front of ours. It was a work night and it was getting late. We were just hungry and by the time it got there, it was ice cold. Everything was poor quality all of the requests that we made were ignored and The pizza was comparable to cardboard. Had no flavor and super hard to divide into.. Super disappointed, probably will not return.

Ordered a pretty large order the other night, when it came, completely wrong. 1st there was plastic in the meat sauce for dipping
2nd i ordered a pizza with pepperoni, sausage and pineapple, got a cheese and pineapple pizza, also ordered 2 chief salads with extra meat and eggs. Got the chief salads, but nothing extra. Complained about only got one pizza with sausage and pepperoni, no pineapple, complained again and got the salads right and everything else right, except for the pizzas, now they added green peppers and instead of mozzarella cheese they put ricotta cheese on it. Totally disgusting, couldn’t call to tell them about it, because they were closed for the night. Oh and as for the pizzas with ricotta cheese on them, they ended up in the trash, best of all the first and last set of receipts had the whole order correct, just like i ordered it. Some people really dropped the ball. Guess I’ll take my money elsewhere.

The worst experience o have had with Imos. Picked my order up and when I got home they had given me someone else’s pizza. I call the store and the girl who answered the phone had a difficult time understanding I was given the wrong pizza. When she finally figured it out, she said your pizza is here and you can come get it. I told her they needed to deliver it because the mistake was on their end. It was a pizza specifically ordered for kids and the pizza that I got in error they would not eat. She had to put me on hold to talk to a manager. This went back and forth. Finally they agreed someone would deliver and I could keep the pizza that they gave me in error. I would certainly hope they wouldn’t take it back and give it to the correct customer. It was supposedly the owner who delivered it. First they couldn’t get my address correct and he had to call me to get my correct address. Then the pizza looked like it had been thrown around and a piece was missing. When I called and spoke to Brandon who says he purchased the franchise in September, he was as unprofessional as the young woman I spoke to earlier. Basically all he could say was things happen. I requested to have 2 pizzas put on my account for future use. He said he wouldn’t do that but he could give me a percentage off. I told him no thank you, I would be contacting Imos about the quality of the food and the customer service for his store and I would not be ordering from them again. The picture is the pizza he delivered, swore he checked it and it looked fine to him. All I did was open the box.

Delivered as promised and not disappointed. Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. All meat and added anchovies. I’ve had NY and Chicago pizzas but nowhere near compare to this. (Couldn’t wait long enough to take a pic… pizza didn’t come with pieces missing.)

I bought a Large Pizza today and the crust was burnt. It was literally black around the edges. The manager asked for pictures so I sent them he said that it was edible that it looks fine to him. I don’t like burnt, hard as a rock crust maybe he does but for him to judge on personal preference is wrong. He had no customer service for me. He refused to refund or replace it or anything. This is the worst Imo’s I have ever visited and I lived in St. Louis for 10 years so I’ve been to quite a few. Imo’s was my favorite pizza but because of this experience with this Imo’s I’m not going to be a customer again. Plus this isn’t the first time the Quality of my food has been horrible. I refused to go there for several months then today I figured I’d give them another chance. I won’t waste my money there again.
