Unbelievable!!! Today, I observed a male employee exhibiting offensive and disrespectful behavior towards a female customer of color. The customer politely indicated that her coffee had been served without sugar and that her order needed to be corrected. Rather than addressing her concern, the employee instructed her to add sugar to the coffee herself. When the customer requested that her coffee be remade, the employee denied her request, stating, “No.” Subsequently, when she sought a refund, he again refused, responding with another “No.”
Additionally, a female colleague attempted to intervene and assist the customer, but the male employee refused her help. I found this behavior to be deeply troubling. The staff at this establishment’s evident lack of respect for American customers is wholly unacceptable and disappointing. The owner is understanding, but the others could be more professional. Consequently, I will refrain from patronizing this establishment in the future and advise my colleagues to do the same due to the inappropriate conduct I observed today.

I don’t really go to Dunkin Donuts however I was given a gift card so I Tried the Mango Green Tea Refresher. The lady was very patient, explaining as I chose what I wanted. It was very good. Light and not to sweet. I have since then had 2 more !

My go-to location. If you are turning left to go in it can take a min. It is a busy road. Great interior always clean or cleaning. Door was broken recently fixed very quickly. Great staff very friendly. I order ahead with the app 99% of the time. It’s ready and perfect 100% of the time. If they are out of something they make it obvious so you dont just take your bag and leave. They are ready to ask you about substitutions when they see you there by pickup.
