The reason I gave 3 stars is because I paid for a 32oz protein smoothie and this is what I received. This was freshly made, just walked out of the store, no sips!

This is by far my favorite smoothie king in the area, it is always perfectly clean, the employees have fantastic customer service skills and clearly have a great manager teaching them how to operate the business. I’m always in here for less than 5-7 minutes no matter how long the line is. I’ve never had a single problem and I have been going to this location for the past 2 years consistently every week. I would recommend this specific smoothie king location over every other smoothie store in the area.

Great customer service. I had no idea what I wanted when I walked in, I told the nice gentleman I just wanted something with chocolate, peanut butter and banana but low sugar. He immediately knew what I wanted and it tasted amazing. He didn’t rush me, he explained the menu and put a smile on my face.

Came back from a trip and ordered a smoothie online, paid for it on the app.Pulled in and saw 4 employees standing around talking not doing anything .Sat in front of the building with my lights on for about 10 minutes and then realized I wasn’t in front of the curbside sign(which I quickly fixed) and then sat another 10 minutes. All employees saw me and not one came out to address me.I finally got fed up and went inside where all 4 were still doing absolutely nothing and told them I had an online order which then they pointed at the very end of the counter and didn’t move a finger to assist me, didn’t ask for my name or anything.I proceeded to pick up the only order in their curbside area (why call it curbside if they don’t bring it out?) and as I was leaving they snickered under their breath and told me to have a good night. When I got back to my car I realized my order was incorrect but at that point I was so disgusted by the display I witnessed that I decided I won’t be back.

From the moment I walked in, Daniel made me feel genuinely welcomed. His energy was warm, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. He not only greeted me by name (which shocked me, because I’ve only been in a couple of times), but he also remembered my usual order and asked if I wanted to switch it up or try something new.
What truly stood out was his attention to detail and customer care. I had a couple of questions about ingredients due to dietary restrictions, and Daniel went out of his way to explain everything thoroughly. He even offered to customize my smoothie to better suit my needs, and let me tell you, it was delicious.
It’s rare to come across a manager who takes this kind of pride in their work and makes such a genuine effort to create a positive experience for every customer. The store was clean, efficient, and running like clockwork, and it’s very clear Daniel sets a high standard for his team.

Went to smoothie king today haven’t been in a while. Charles was awesome! Had weight loss surgery not long ago couldn’t decide what to try he helped me pick out something that tasted amazing very friendly. Fast service store was clean I will definitely be back!
