Called in the order two pizza and when I received my order everyone there there was so polite. After taken my food home to my family they was extremely happy and said that was the pizza they have had in a long time so was pepperoni pizza and the other everything on with anchovies and when I say they didn’t miss nothing lol. We ordered with two pizzas. One was fine, but the White Cheezy was EXTREMELY GREASY. The bottom of the box was completely soaked through with grease, and it got all over my clothes as I was holding the box in the car. It got all over the table when we set it down. There were literal pools of oil in the bottom of the box, and it also tasted very greasy. The attached picture doesn’t even show the full extent of how much grease was in that box.

My neighborhood pizza store. About a mile away, so it’s convenient to pick up orders. The pizza is usually ready in under 15 minutes, unless they are hosting a big event. Most of the time, the food tastes as expected. But during a recent visit, I was disappointed with the appearance of the Medium Deluxe that I ordered. Someone threw presentation out the window! The onions were congregated in one spot (almost in a circle), the green peppers were cut in huge disc-shaped slices (laziness). Truthfully, if I hadn’t been so starved after a long day at work, I’d have refused it. It was a hot mess–literally. As for atmosphere, most people don’t eat in; they take the food and go. They have flat screens on, and while fairly clean, the atmosphere wouldn’t impress your date.

Update: 6/23/25:
I am happy to report that this restaurant has improved dramatically over the last two or three months. Perhaps it is due to a shake-up in staff, or maybe their guiding ethic. I usually order and pick up after my work shift on weeknights, around 8pm. As a 20+yr. retail manager, I take special note of things like service and product quality. This store’s Large Deluxe is what I usually order, and it has been awesome! I normally don’t eat the crust edge, but that has been great too! The staff seems friendlier and more responsive, and I’m seeing less turnover. My order is usually ready in about 10 minutes. I buy my 2 liter sodas here too, as they are both cold and marginally cheaper than the Publix a few doors down. Please keep up the good work, as I am changing my review to 5 stars!

Update: 8/22/25
During a recent visit, I brought in a coupon for a two-topping XL pizza for $14.99. The MOD told me that the two toppings did not assume the inclusion of free cheese or sauce with the deal by default. He said “only bread plus the two toppings of my choice. This sounded ridiculous to me, so I ordered a large Deluxe instead. Is that really true? Or does that MOD need more coaching?

I love Marco’s Pizza. Usually this location is great, however this time is different. I ordered a Pepperoni Magnifico and it had about half as many pepperoni as normal. When I said something to the employee she said, “yeah we have a lot of new people”. The manager asked me if something was wrong and when I told her she said, “I’ve been telling them”. So two employees (one being a manger) acknowledged that the pizzas aren’t being prepared correctly and didn’t seem concerned. You’re better than this Marco’s Pizza. I added a picture from their website for comparison.

If i could give zero stars, i certainly would. I ordered a pepperoni pizza from Marco’s via UberEats and instead I received a cheese pizza. Although the receipt taped to my box clearly says pepperoni. I contacted Ubereats who of course wouldn’t give me the money back, then I drove to the store. When I arrived, I noticed other disgruntled customers and had an idea of how this interaction would go. When the manager asked me what I needed, I told him and then he said to contact Ubereats. I explained that I’d already done that but they advised I’d need to contact the merchant because after all, they’re the ones who made the error. Do you know this unprofessional manager had the nerve to tell me that he couldn’t do anything about it and that the Uber delivery driver should have checked my food. Are you serious? When has an Uber driver ever been allowed to open someone’s food and look at it?! I left without a pizza and ultimately out of $30. There was no accountability for the error YOUR staff made. I mean not one time did the manager apologize for my inconvenience nor did he exercise an ounce of empathy. Clearly your staff doesn’t get management training as it’s evident you’re just hiring anybody. I’ll definitely be filing the highest level complaint possible because this is very much unacceptable. I went to the Marcos on Floyd Road and received REMARKABLE service and a perfect pizza- without them even knowing about my experience at another store. NEVER, and I do mean NEVER will I visit or order anything from this store again!

Gross. Greasy. Bad communication.

Received a “delivered” notice with no pizza.
Called the store about the confusion and was put on hold for a while.

Turns out the pizza had not been delivered. It came while I was still on hold.
The delivery driver was confused.
I waited on hold to let them know it had arrived but ended up hanging up after waiting so long.

Pizza came and it was literally dripping grease! Absolutely unappetizing.

I order there’s special of sausage & peppers & I got mostly onions & peppers as you can see! It took about 30-45mins of a debate for them to remake this pretty order. The manager had to put me in a group chat with the owner over a BS pizza . & at the end of it all I still didn’t get a replacement pizza for what I paid for !

First off I paid damn near $40 for a xl plain cheese pizza no toppings at all. And a 10 piece plain chicken wings that I got delivered BURNT. I tipped the delivery driver cash and I don’t even live but 3 minutes straight shot from Publix… atleast serve me edible food at minimum. Lord forbid I don’t tip tho or come up there and ask for my money back then I’d be “petty and problematic”. $13 back for some burnt plain chicken wings… whoever packaged definitely noticed like damn yall that sorry to recook a new batch smh. They were plain so I mean it’s no way you could mess them up I thought. Guess I thought wrong. Waste of money. Shoulda stuck to my papa John’s. They also have a corporate number I could call in case of bs like this unlike Marcos. What’s makes you think if the store dont even care about what they serving customers.. that they would care to resolve situations like this. That should all be left up to corporate. Ridiculous.

A very kind squad of pizza masters. I ordered a large Chicken Florentine and a family size Caesar salad (none of which I ever planned on sharing), but they didn’t have the salad handy. So the super sweet manager went and made me one by hand in no time. Thanks so much for the great service.
