When I arrived for pickup, the staff greeted me with a smile and had my food ready right on time. They even double-checked the order to make sure nothing was missing. The pizza was fresh, hot, and exactly the way I ordered it. But honestly, what impressed me most was the friendly, professional attitude of the team. Good customer service goes a long way, and Pizza Hut definitely delivered in that area.

I visited the Pizza Hut on Terry Parkway in Gretna and had a wonderful experience. The service was amazing—everyone on the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to my needs. They went out of their way to make sure everything was right with my order. It’s not often you find such great customer service at a pizza spot, and it definitely stood out to me. The food was fresh, hot, and just what I was craving. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the First Time Ordered from this Pizza Hut.I was Greeted with a Hello How are you By Alisha George who took my Order Said it would be about 20 minutes.I Asked if I could Come back and Pick up The Response was Yes Ma’am.Got there 25 minutes Later Order Was Ready Hot and Right.I’m not a Big Pizza Eater but Family is I did Eat a Piece of the Supreme it was Delicious.I Ordered a Large Pepperoni, Medium Supreme Double Order of Cheese Sticks and Breadsticks.Needless to Say Everything just about Going.We will Definitely be Back Not Just Cause of the Food Being Right,Hot and Delicious. Stopped at this Pizza Hut on my way back to Georgia for a quick pizza for my kids and the staff & manager there was even better than the pizza! Very clean , good atmosphere it felt like the staff was family everyone working together making sure everything was right! The food was perfectly made & Will be stopping back on my next trip .

Actually Suprised at this location i went there during a special BOGO I Believe it was! Walk in of course they’re busy im greeted by 2 or more pleasant workers! An I had ordered online so I was there for pick up! Opened the box steam shot out the top! I know it’s hot an fresh I get a thin crust pepperoni and a pan crust supreme

I stopped in the store at around 1 pm about two Sundays ago. I was greeted immediately by who I can tell was the person in charge (Trell, general manager). Her communication with the other staff and the way they ran the store was very professional. I was very impressed by their customer service skills. The store was clean and she knew her menu very well. The only thing I took a star away for was because unfortunately my personal pan pizza was overcooked. I wish I could have given them all five stars for each category because everything else was great.
