I have been coming to this Zaxbys for as long as long as I remember being in cahaba and it’s always been great for me. The food comes out fresh and even when waiting for it I know the waits worth it! The staff tries their best and die their best even when busy and I respect that. The Tmosphere is nice and the lobby is always clean and organized!

Ten minutes is just too long to wait in a drive-thru alone for twenty chicken strips at $1.50 a pop. They’re the main thing you sell! No fancy salads to assemble, no milkshake to properly garnish with whipped cream. Just gotta scoop them out of the chicken vat and hand me the bag. The styrofoam container is also melted on the inside where they dripped fryer oil on it, which is slightly concerning…

We had to pull to the side for 15 minutes to wait on our food unlike any others. I finally had to go in to get my food once no one came out. Staff seemed like they didn’t care and brushed me off. This isn’t the first time we’ve had an bad experience there. We took the receipt survey to explain what happened with no response. Do better.
