Amazing salad! Sure I love their sandwiches too but I love that they Jam Pack fresh vegetables into the container that I feel like I finally get to have a decent amount of vegetables than other places that sell salad. No carbs and no sugar ( no cranberries, no croutons, no nuts that take up half the salad in other restaurants that makes salad unhealthy ) , Firehouse sub serves just pure refreshing healthy vegetables into large portions. LOVE it!

This is the second time I’ve come to this location because I felt like it was my favorite one but no. I always get the potato soup. Well today the soup was noticeably spoiled. We take it back in and weren’t even offered a fresh soup just a refund. Like what?? So the girl behind the counter goes we just made this yesterday. YESTERDAY???? As chunky and smelly as that soup was no way it was made the day before. I’ve just made up my mind not even come to this location again and I hate that because I love firehouse.

Typically get food here once every week or two. Today I had the worst experience. Order was placed at 12:14 expected to be ready at 12:30. 12:35 I’m told they have not received my order. Show them the receipt on my phone with time, location to pick up, and what was ordered. They refused to give me a refund or make my sandwich and had an attitude. I will not go back to the Madison location.

Clean and friendly atmosphere along with great food! We love stopping at FH because of the origins of the franchise, but the food is always hot and delicious as well. I got the engineer sub and it was great. We will be back!

Lunchtime was very busy at this Firehouse in Madison, MS. The staff working here was very efficient and working hard to feed all of the patrons today! Great teamwork, and my NY Steamer was delicious, as usual.

Outstanding!! Staff was nice and friendly. Lacy who waited on me was very talkative and friendly. I got the Philly cheese steak and it was smaller than I thought ( I did ask for small size though ) so it was more like snack than a meal but I wasn’t very hungry. It came with a yummy pickle spear. I’ve ate at several restaurants that have Philly cheese steaks and this is the best one ( even better than Jersey mike) the meat was sliced thin enough. I hate thick chunky meat so I think that’s why this one tasted better. Drink and sandwich was about $9 so affordable.First time and can’t wait to go back!

Botched the order, nailed the greeting! Warm welcome. Guy in front of me was missing items in his p/u order. Mine was missing items also. Manager was rude. Hook’n’Ladder is always delectable. No thank you for lazy, awful service. It hurts the brand.
