Food is bussin. Second day back in a row can’t believe I’ve lived around the corner since they opened and am JUST deciding to eat here. The chicken is HALAL. Love that! Menu is similar to JJs but the wings are much better in my opinion. The catfish is to die forrr!!

The food was excellent and the service was quick. The food was good it brought tears to my eyes. I had the wings and liver combo and the whole catfish dinner. Did I mention they have Whole Wings and whole catfish if you like. Jay was very helpful with suggestions when she heard what food I liked so I ended up getting the banana pudding for dessert!!! Everything was delicious cooked to order!!! Will be my favorite place because they stay open til midnight, yes midnight!!!

Being that there’s a Sharks’ restaurant in my hometown, we were excited to find out that there was a location opening in the South Atlanta Metro area. Unfortunately, we have had two horrible experiences with this location. The first time the Uber delivery was incorrect and they refused to correct it and I was overcharged, when I called to speak to someone they were rude.
Consequently, when I wanted to address a small issue this evening, we once again was met with the same energy. My son (who is on the spectrum) came in with his assistant to order his favorite meal, and was supposed to get me a drink in addition. He was told that he could not get it. I’m not sure if they were out of the drink, did not understand what he was asking for, Or plain out just did not want to give it to him and just gave him a drink That I did not ask for.
When I called, I do believe I spoke to the same person that addressed me during the first incident. When I informed her that she was dealing with someone with Special Needs making the order, I was put on hold with no notice. Then a man answered the phone and I asked for his name. He said his name was “the manager”. I then asked him for his specific name, and he refused to give it to me and said that he had other customers to deal with, so I was never able to address any concerns with him… so I’m categorizing this location as “not disability friendly” to my readers and peers.
Since the food compared to other Sharks that we have been to, We will not be returning to this specific location because they do not have any respect for people with special Needs or disabilities and refuse to give proper customer service by even identifying themselves as they talk to customers.
It was a simple issue, but “the manager” answered the phone ready to be confrontational, and I’m just glad he or his unprofessional staff did not address my son with the energy they gave me over the phone.

I just ate at this place a few hours ago.. the front counter lady was extremely nice and down to earth. The cooks in the back knew what they were doing.. the restaurant was clean and welcoming.. and the Food was extremely awesome as well.

We go ahead at least twice a month. I love the chicken. The whole wings are fried to perfection. The guy who cooks doesn’t speak much English, but he’s cool and I’ve never had any problem with any young ladies seem like everybody’s very nice. I’ve read some of the reviews and it’s unfortunate they have bad experiences, but the food is absolutely delicious. I’m glad they’re here. These other chicken wing places give you a little guinea hen chickens. You can’t even see the wing. These are whole wings and I don’t know what kind of season they they use but it’s delicious going today for lunch
