Pam + Jim’s is absolutely delicious! They use real ingredients and it is like a full meal for dessert. I got the Sticky Bun gourmet waffle and every single bite was delicious. If you feel compelled to treat yourself I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out. The bathrooms are clean and even the seating area is perfect for hanging out with a group. Even the coffee was great, I am particular about coffee most of the time but they use organic beans and grind it themselves. This is definitely quality!

We drove over 600 miles from NY to sample Jim & Pam’s amazingly delicious coffee and ice cream, and we’d do it again because they’re that good! They only use quality ingredients, and the new shop in Lincolnton is so clean and inviting. Treat yourself! So yummy ☕️

My coworker brought me one one day and I started going every week, if not twice, after that! It is delicious and the waffles and ice cream is always fantastic! I go so much they already know I get the strawberry shortcake with pretzels. A must try. The energy is always welcoming as well. If you haven’t tried it what are you waiting on?! (photos are all from different times & each time never disappoints!)

I first found Jim & Pam’s in Maiden with their Ice Cream truck. Ohhhh it was so good. Everything I’ve had from there is delicious!! Yesterday I stopped by their place in Lincolnton. It’s simple and cute. I had their coffee. It was amazing. Also had the waffles. Wow!! They were so good especially with maple syrup. Most of all Jim and Pam are very personal. They always want their products to be the best. I’m glad our paths crossed!! Very nice people.
