Burgers, sides and condiments are much better compared to BK PH. Sizes and servings are much bigger. Beef patties are much juicier . Service can be improved. There are only 2 staff manning the store. The store is quite old and needs some updating.

Each car takes 5-10 minutes, lunch hour is usually 5-6 cars. Even if you are the only car, it can take upwards of 15 minutes. Went at 1215 once, literally look 40 minutes to get to the window *(5 cars). Do not go if you want good food or quick food

Ordered online. Say in the drive thru for 15 minutes. No one ever came. Knocked on the window, still nothing. As I drive around I see an employee mopping the dining room floors. So I guess they just decided to ignore orders for the last 40 minutes of being open.

Legitimately one of the worst fast food places I have ever encountered in any capacity. Miserable, abrasive and off-putting geriatric folks at the helm with zero social skills and an inability to do the most basic of tasks such as giving me a receipt or wrapping a wrap. I hate this Burger King. So much so that after a year I’ve finally decided to leave a review. I’ve given it 4 chances. Either the customer service is bad or the food is bad. This time both were terrible. Absolutely disgusting amount of mayo on my burger. Tried to wipe some off and eat it, but the whole thing was a mess. I won’t waste another cent here and neither should you. Just go to the Subway in the same parking lot or drive 10 min either direction, trust me.

Just tried to go through the drive thru since the lobby is closed due to being short staffed but the person working just ignored me the first time I went through the drive thru. When I called they didn’t answer the phone and when I went through the drive thru again and repeatedly said hello for over 5 minutes a mans voice with an accent suddenly cut over the mic, He was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me how everything I asked for they didn’t have and were unable to make. This included mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets and fries. If he wasn’t lying and they really have no chicken nuggets, fries or mozzarella sticks available to fry this is truly a pathetic Burger King location. The franchise owners should be deeply ashamed.

Go here fairly often because they send me coupons in the mail. The regular cheeseburger is cheaper and better than the whopper in my opinion. Food can be a bit inconsistent but the staff are really friendly and will do what they can to help you out if you ask.

I work in the area and cannot come to this location without a minimum 10 minute wait in the drive-thru and typically longer. I don’t ever leave reviews but somebody needs to know about this. If it’s just understaffing then I feel terrible for the employees. At least the food is usually good.

I normally don’t write reviews but oh man I have NEVER IN MY LIFE had such horrible chicken tenders!!! I have only ate at Burger King one other time and now I remember why! They were so cooked I could hardly bite into them!! Thank god I got a meal so had fries to eat a lot they went straight into the trash!!!
