Very clean IHOP. It was the servers first day and she did great. We had the turkey avocado melt, blueberry pancakes, and a pancake sundae. I didn’t realize the pancake sundae was actual ice cream. It was very good. I love the breakfast potatoes. Everything was delicious will definitely return to this IHOP.

We went here last night to try this location due to the Florence location being pathetic and I believe this one is exceptionally better. For starters it was clean and almost looked like it had recently been remodeled which was nice. I had the Colorado omelette with hash browns. It came out quickly and was hot and I thought it was a pretty good meal. The waitress was quick and attentive. One thing I did think was odd was how empty the place was. I don’t know if it is common at this location or if it was just an off time.

To be clear, our server was trying her best. However, someone in management thought having only 2 servers on the clock during the dinner rush was a good idea. So, it took 20 minutes from the time we sat down until someone took our order and another 15 before we got our food.
Once the food got to us, it could not have been more disappointing.
My wife ordered the pancakes of the month. She said that they were super dry and begging for sauce that just was not provided.
I ordered a BLT with fries and an order of mozzarella sticks. The cheese sticks arrived hot but they were not crispy by any means and the cheese was already congealing. They came with cold sauce that barely had any flavor to speak of.
In regard to the sandwich (pic attached), it was saturated with mayo, and only 2 strips of bacon on the whole thing. That would have been bad enough but to add insult to injury, the bacon that was present was soggy, chewy, gross.
All that plus 3 soft drinks and a kids meal and we ended up with a $40 ticket. The food we received MAYBE was worth half that, and that’s being beyond generous.

I had the 2x2x2 and coffee. The eggs were actually cooked perfectly. The pancakes were good but not great. The bacon was cooked on too hot a stove, so it was very unevenly cooked. Service was very good, which was refreshing!
This is not a criticism per se, but the butter is so cold it’s like a mini cannonball shoved into the pancakes.

The picture is of my Hubz’ side “salad.” Half a handful of greens with 3-4 raw onion rings. No cheese, no tomatoes, no croutons. The hostess wore so much fragrance (when did restaurants stop teaching employees to not wear fragranced products because they work with the public who might be sensitive, allergic, or not want their burger to smell like your Red Door or taste like your Bath and Body Works lotion?), that it made me gag every time she walked by. Our server, while friendly, sauntered to each table like the musicians in a Mariachi band; no hustle at all. The Hubz and I were the only two people wearing masks; no visible employees, no other customers.
The food tasted amazing and was well cooked and presented, minus the half bowl of greens.

I came in and was seated immediately with a beverage. My server, Erica, constantly checked on me. The food was delicious and fresh. The pancakes had a slight weird flavor but I easily got past it with a little syrup. Overall, I enjoyed my meal very much!

terrible first impression and will not be back. our server took her time (at least 10 minutes) before she came over to take our order. would be more understanding if they were actually busy but it wasn’t. we had to ask for our waters after at least 15 minutes of just sitting there. she admitted she forgot about us and i heard her telling another two tables the same thing. the eggs were raw and had shells in them. biscuits were weird texture and didn’t taste right. never got refills or asked how our meal was otherwise it would of got sent back. once again i had to request our check. server had no people skills or experience in serving from i observed. overall just a bad experience all around
