This Sonics location is awesome! I used to have to drive about 20-30 minutes to go to Sonics since there isn’t one near me, but now there is, and now it’s only a 10 minute drive! The waiters are super friendly and the drive through is very nice too. They also make my order perfectly! Definitely recommend.

I understand its a newer location and they may be working out some things still, however I am severely disappointed in what I got. Waited about 30+ minutes to get three small drinks, one was mostly all white and a bit of chary syrup on the top and side of the cup, and another was also mostly white with my addons clumped at the bottom with all the syrup and cupule strawberries sitting in the top corner of the cup. Asked if it could at lest be mixed and the girl was pretty apologetic and nice about remaking it, waited another 5 to 10 minutes just to get THE EXACT SAME THING!! Tried mixing it at home and it just looked horrendous. Not cool.

I didn’t realize it had been open for less than a week when we went – I wouldn’t have gone. My daughter loves Sonic so we were pleasantly surprised to run into it. The quality was not what we were accustomed to from Sonic. Kids said the drinks were watery, the pretzels weren’t what they were used to and they charged us for the cheese. I’m sure the quality issues will get better in time.

Adam was my server and I give him 5 stars!! .. The employee who helped me was incredibly friendly, patient, and made sure my entire order was perfect on the spot. They were quick, kind, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything came out fresh and exactly how I asked. You can tell they actually care about their job and the customers.. which is hard to find these days.. thank you sonic!

The last 3 times I’ve gone to Sonic and pulled up into one of the stalls and waited for my order to come to me, I’ve had to go inside and get my order. I’ve asked to speak to a manager and have been disrespected by staff by ignoring me and not assisting me. I think they should either close the location or retrain all their employees on customer service and courtesy.

I went through the drive through and Jaylin the girl working the drive through and charged me for wrong order. Then laughed. Waited 25 minutes in line and received poor customer service. I understand new location, but hire people with experience if your gonna overcharge people. Be cautious, check you bank account to make sure charged correct. The manager did nothing. Shame on Sonic.

The service here is very slow. We waited in line for 30 minutes with 3 cars ahead. The soda here is horrible and so is management my ginger ale was disgusting shakes good tho

They should of done a better job of hiring seems like this is everyone 1st job. They need to pay better attention every one seems distracted. Didn’t get the order right. Asked us what sauce we wanted and also go the wrong too.
