It wasn’t busy in the lobby for it being lunch time. My son asked for a vanilla frosty, he received a chocolate one. Lol. Which is fine, he didn’t even notice. Lol. We ordered 2 double stack biggie bags: plain just meat and cheese, add bacon to his. My order was right, his burger had ketchup, onions, pickles. He wasn’t to happy. They were out of straws, no napkins in the holds in the lobby. The young woman that took our order was very nice and sweet. She had a great attitude!!

Our family stopped this Saturday December 27, 2025.
Parking lot had food laying in the parking lot..
Walked inside to get our meals and the floors were sticky and counters were sticky and dirty. Awful smell and and flies flying around.. We walked out and went elsewhere..
Been to a lot of Wendy’s in my lifetime and never seen one so awful…
Hoping things improve..

I LOVE Wendy’s in general, however the Wendy’s here in Magee, MS has gone down hill to the point that I only get something every few weeks to see if they will fix themselves. The service is always slow, my order is almost never correct, on the rare occasion it is correct it’s undercooked, and most of the time in the drive-thru I end up having to reorder at the window because somehow the order I made at the menu board never made it lol. It’s a shame, I use to only recommend Wendy’s and now I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to ours. I’m only giving 2 stars because I’m still holding out hope they will redeem themselves

Drive thru takes longer than the food is worth to get. Employees park in the handicap spaces. Food looks like a toddler put it together. This location is full of kids and inept people. I would avoid this location, do what you want though. The back looks terrible and the menu is all old faded and messed up. I’m not sure what language the employees speak and greet you in, if you they say anything at all before the window gets slammed shut. All I see is them eating and playing on their phones.

They took 30 minutes at 2pm. They forgot napkins and straws. They were out of medium and large drinks. They were out of all sauces and dips. They left tomatoes off both burgers. The coke tasted like windex. The bathrooms had no paper towels or hand dryer. I don’t normally get upset about the quality of fast food because you get what you pay for but this place was another level of horrible. And to top it off the people working there that we interacted with were genuinely rude to us. They didn’t apologize for the wait or being out of half the menu.

Wendy’s never really misses for me. The food is always hot and fresh, especially the burgers, and you can tell they actually make it when you order. The fries are good, the drinks are always right, and the menu has plenty of options so it doesn’t get boring. The staff is usually friendly, and service is pretty quick even when they’re busy. My order is almost always correct, which honestly matters a lot. Whether I’m going through the drive-thru or eating inside, it’s a reliable spot when I want something quick that still tastes good. Easy 5 stars every time.

The lobby was filthy and there were flys everywhere! The manager, Amanda, didn’t seem to care that there was toilet paper on the floor next to the counter. The bathrooms were disgusting.
