Highly recommend eating here! The wings are so tender and such high quality. I got the Louisiana rub and the hot honey rubs and they had the perfect amount of spice and flavor. They were so quick to have my 60 wing order ready in under 15 minutes, will 100% be eating here again! 🙂

They are refusing orders the night before the game, The game has nothing to do with tonight. I think thats a terrible way to grow a buisness. As a buisness owner and manager that would make me fuming to hear that one of my employees is doing this. I understand maybe the morning of the game or before the game because of your guys concept of restaurant. Just its crazy they are forcing us to order online. When thier is not even 3 orders on thier pack screen. I would understand again if you are busy, but when I walked in the tree working we’re talking having a great time. I think if you have enough time to chit chat, you have enough time to atleast take an order again that was only for 2 people my PREGNANT wife that has been well bearing a child and just wanted to go home and eat her food because she is tired. I have a true understanding now on costomer survice from both great experiences to terrible ones. This one was just completely unprofessional. The guy was nice to me but I heard him joking about what he said to his coworker in the back. It truly hurts to say but this wing-stop will see my buisness again unless the company want to do something about changing the narrative this night is building. I have been in the store ordering food on my phone infront of a counter in a empty restaurant for 25 minutes. When I could have been gone home by now ready to come back and spend more money with wing- stop, instead I am frustrated trying to calm my PREGNANT wife down because this is all she wanted and its taking forever. Check my record I dont usually do bad reviews its only 5 stars. This one just hit way too close too home.

We got take-out. This was our first time eating food from this chain. We ordered a large amount of wings, tenders, fries, and drinks.
I will start with the fries. They have some skin – it’s nice to know that they came from a real potato. I was not impressed to open the take-out bags to find the fries just sitting on top. Maybe that is to prevent them from steaming and getting soggy, but that allowed them to get cold really fast, and there was enough hot food in the bag (which was stapled shut and created steam anyway) that they got a bit soggy anyway. But a short stop in my oven at 350 warmed and crisped them perfectly. I was disappointed that there were quite a few that were overly brown though.
When my dad opened his box of 15 wings, he said it smelled weird. Others smelled it, but it didn’t smell rotten, it just smelled, well, weird. He thought it might have been the sauce. He peeled the skin off and tasted the chicken and said it tasted fine, so he ate it.
The wings were average size. The tenders were pretty big. The buffalo mild sauce has great flavor and was quite rich. The blue cheese dip is creamy and not overpowering like blue cheese can sometimes be.
There was a crumb of breading in my box, and I love crunchy breading. So I put it in my mouth, which was a horrible idea. I found out why the wings smelled horrible. The crumb tasted like the horrible smell – they were using really old oil. I gagged so hard on that crumb of breading. And that right there sealed the deal. I’m not going back. The sauces were strong enough to cover the flavor of old oil, so had I not crunched on that crumb, we wouldn’t have discovered what the nasty smell in the wing box was.
That is just poor practice to not change the frying oil when it should be changed. There are a lot of places tobget good wings. This isn’t one of them.

So I’ve been to other wing stops before never had an issue. I just paid $17 for luke warm fries, and 10 small bites of wings. Not 10 wings. 10 bites. Sauce was also the wrong flavor. Not sure how this is acceptable service, I don’t typically write reviews but now I have to literally go buy a second meal because I got low balled on food. Do not go to this location.

This location has excellent food and top notch customer service; a few items got forgotten on my order so I was ready to ask for some form of marketing right but as soon as I got back the manager eminently knew what had happened even greeting me by name and made sure to take care of it before I even had to asked, it turns out it had just been forgotten a very human thing to do but he went above and beyond to make sure it was right; but at the end I shook his hand and thanked him for his great customer service I definitely recommend coming here

My girl and I got take-out after a long day of working. The food we waited 20 minutes for came out cold in the core, undercooked. The workers here are the issue, not the establishment itself. This place needs to find people who care about others, whether the job is mediocre or temporary or not. I understand working late sucks, but do better. This is your shift, this is your job, own up to it and become the best at what you do. It only takes a few extra minutes to fully cook the food.
