The customer service was amazing. It looks like a one-man shop, as he was a receptionist, server, and cook at the same time, but he handled everything smoothly and well.
The restaurant was decorated simply and cozy, that made me feel like I was eating in my own kitchen, while entertaining the romantic music ❤️
We had the pita bread with tzatziki, chicken souvlaki as well as the Mediterranean sampler with dolmas, Greek salad, halloumi cheese and börek bread. Everything was absolutely delicious and you get ALOT of food for the price.
They are very fair priced being that the quality and flavor of the food is simply fresh and clean and for the amount of food that you get.
The breakfast I had at this restaurant was truly beyond my expectations. Everything was incredibly fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. You can tell that great care goes into every detail. The quality of the cheeses, the taste of the hot dishes, and the generous variety were all outstanding.
The staff were warm, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Everything served was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and very welcoming.
I highly recommend this place. You simply can’t find a better spot for breakfast!
The Food: I went with the Chicken Souvlaki for my entree, and a Gazpacho for my appetizer. I was disappointed with how little effort they put into making the dish. I paid over $20 for a dish that was plain and bland, with very few pieces of chicken. The meat was cooked nicely though, tender. But for somewhat premium prices, I would’ve expected a little more effort into the dish. The Gazpacho tasted fine, but again, overly priced appetizer for a little amount of food.
The Service: Service was decent. We were greeted when walking into the restaurant, and was sat down immediately. The staff were very nice and friendly, but the service itself wasn’t on-par. It took longer than usual for our food to get out, and mind you, it was not busy during lunch. But our patience ran thin after about 35 minutes and when we saw the food, it was quite frustrating.
The Atmosphere: The restaurant is nice and small. Has a decent amount of seating and is very well kept/clean. It’s nicely decorated with simple decor. There’s outdoor seating as well, if the weather permits.
Overall, a 1/5. Not a fan of how overly priced the food was, compared to the quality and quantity of what you get.
I started with the Mediterranean Sampler, which was a hit—crispy cheese borek, tangy dolma, and a fresh Greek salad with creamy tzatziki tied it all together. For the main course, the lamb kabobs were a standout: perfectly grilled, juicy, and packed with flavor. My friend raved about the chicken souvlaki, and the portions were generous enough to feel like a steal for the price. We couldn’t resist the baklava for dessert—sweet, nutty, and just the right amount of flaky.
The staff were friendly and attentive, though service slowed a bit when the place filled up. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, as the food more than made up for the wait. My only nitpick? I wish the menu had a few more vegetarian options, but the falafel and Greek salad were solid choices for non-meat eaters.
Overall, Zorba’s Grill is a fantastic spot for a relaxed meal with bold Mediterranean flavors. I’d recommend it for a date night or a family dinner. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to try their Lycia Pizza!
