The floor was terribly dirty behind where the make line was and just all over it made me raise n eyebrow…… but the same which was ok over priced $25 for giant Philly cheese steak extra meat But where was my extra meat????

Unfortunately, my recent order experience at Jersey Mike’s was somewhat disappointing. Despite waiting for approximately five minutes, I did not receive any acknowledgment from the staff. While I initially assumed there might be a self-service ordering screen as this is my first time at Jersey Mike’s, I later discovered that was not the case.
When I finally approached a staff member to place my order, she took it but I was surprised when it seemed to be forgotten. Observing others who had arrived after me received their meals, I inquired about the status of my order. To my dismay, it had not even been entered into the system.
While I remained patient, I believe a more attentive and welcoming atmosphere would significantly enhance the order experience. A simple acknowledgment or a friendly smile can go a long way in making customers feel valued.
I was going to do a one star review but the staff let me have the food for free and I enjoy it a lot.

Went there this last weekend. The sub tasted ok but there were at least 2 hairs that I found in it. I don’t want to think about how many I missed. Come on pepole, thus is badic hygiene!

We’re very happy to have a Jersey Mike’s near us now, and we had a good experience at this location. I ordered a roast beef with provolone, and my wife ordered chicken cheese steak sandwich in gluten free bread. Both sandwiches were excellent.

I love Jersey Mike’s and was glad to see that a location was being bought closer to home. While the staff here is great in regards to customer service, I have to say that I am not happy with the portions given especially for what I spend.

The staff cross contaminated everything with the gloves they wore but didn’t change them to make sandwiches. I saw the staff use a roll to clean off the counter then make a sandwich with it. They make the sandwich on the bare counter instead of paper. First and last time they are too unsanitary but friendly tho!

Every single time I come in to this store I’m greeted by Rashay and Josh who have some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Two great young men and the reason I always come to this store. These boys need raises and promotions asap. The manager at this location is not very friendly and I believe either one of them would be a much greater fit to keep business and customer moral high. Will be back here every time.
