Terrible service. Whoever working on the phone around noon today needs to be fired. I cannot fathom working in customer service and then being rude when a customer asks a simple question or addresses a complaint about their order. Whoever that girl was on the phone needs to learn COMMUNICATION SKILLS. They are fundamental might wanna consider taking some courses. My food was delivered smelling like marijuana and the pizza I ordered was cold upon delivery. I received a text saying my food was on the way and it arrived 25 mins later meanwhile the restaurant is 13 minutes away from where I ordered. Then when I called the lady on the phone just sounded ignorant and was unaware you could order there food online….. Go work at McDonald’s. I understand things being out of your control but maybe communicate that better rather than sounding annoyed would help. Everyone’s ordered delivery before, treat your customers the way you wanna be treated when you order delivery.

(Read before purchasing food here) I stopped here to order two slices of cheesecake guy came from the back told me they only had one then handed me this⬇️ when I got home. I opened the Styrofoam to see the skimpiest piece of cheesecake everrr. They had the nerve to charge me six dollars for it a slice which is reasonable when it’s not as small as this portion I wouldn’t have paid no more than $2.50 for this mediocre cheesecake! They probably make $300 off of $30 cheesecake the way they are serving I seen the guy in the back prepping. I also brought a veggie pizza three days ago, which was mid at best i’ll give it a solid 5. out of 10

I had the Mediterranean salad and hubs had Caesar salad and we shared the Italian pizza. The salads were super fresh and the pizza was delicious. Service was great. Don’t pay attention to all the negative reviews and give this place a try.

I ordered delivery from here twice and both times it took over an hour to arrive. Why even say y’all open at 11am if you won’t receive your order till 12:30…? Save your money and your time, next time I’ll go to Dominos cause at least it’s cheaper and faster, Gio’s pizza and wings aren’t that good to be waiting a lifetime for them. It’s a chop from me.

I purchased chicken cutlet grinders. Chicken was rubbery and not fully cooked. I followed up with restaurant and was asked to bring the old grinder’s back to get a new one. I opted out of digging in the garbage to repackage uncooked sandwiches and then driving 15 min to return them. I will not be patronizing this establishment anymore after being a customer for many years. Warning: Be sure to CHECK YOUR FOOD before you leave or go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Pizza is horrible. I asked for barbecue chicken on half and whatever they put on it turned the cheese pink and soggy. I took one bite and decided not to eat the pizza. The chicken ceaser salad was even worse, chicken tasted like charcol. The interior of the place looked like something out of the 80s… it was very uninviting, cold and just creepy. Please shut this place down or get some new owners that actually care and take pride in feeding people.

I have been to this place many times for lunch. Service and food is excellent. Their Chicken cutlet, Tuna and Steak and cheese is out of the world. Drinks are great and they make it strong.
Emily is a great bartender and waitress. Very humble, polite and always smiling.

Sent me the wrong order of wings for delivery. Called in to correct they wanted me to drive to pick up the sauce because they didn’t want to remake the order. And hung up on my face. Been ordering here a long time even before they relocated. Feel like they may be under different leadership or something. Just not as family friendly as normal.
