This review is strictly based off my visit from 2.11.26: My 815pm order per The tracker was ready at 757pm early. Got to store @ 807pm, the young lady at the counter could not find my order being ready. I showed my confirmation on my being ready. She looked around & said it’s coming out of the oven. I waited 12 more minutes and nothing. While waiting, the cashier needed the manager, who wore a green papa John’s hoodie with braids, twice to come enter credentials into the register. Both times, he didn’t wash his hands before returning to handled food. Then a lady & a man came in. She had braids & a dermal piercing, smelled of weed. He went to the cutting station & didn’t wash his hands. The lady who smelled of weed, came in & recruited the cashier asking her if she had her drivers licenses? I asked about my order again & He looked in the computer and saw the order was marked ready. They offered to make the order again but due to the unsanitary conditions & quality of service, I declined.

I waited 45 minutes for a pickup order at Papa John’s, only to leave without the pizza ever being made. While waiting, I witnessed several disturbing hygiene practices that raise serious concerns. The problem is that this is not the first time I’ve witnessed this.
One female employee:
*Lifted her shirt, exposing her midsection and chest, to remove pizza pans from the oven.
*Constantly adjusted her jeans, touching her waistline and skin, then resumed handling food.
*Wiped her hands on the butt of her jeans before and after handling the pizza and other food items.
*Frequently scratched her scalp, face, and nose, and continued food prep with bare hands.
Both she and a male employee handled banana peppers, pizza dough, chicken nuggets, and wings with no gloves.
When pizza pans fell to the floor—some even landing in the trash can—she kicked them aside and later returned them to a rack without washing. I’ve posted pictures of this below.
After 30 minutes, I asked about my order. The same female employee responded rudely, saying, “It’ll be ready when it’s ready,” and falsely claimed others had been waiting longer. She shouted that DoorDash orders “aren’t important” and told me to cancel it, saying that’s what she tells all DoorDash customers.
When I insisted that DoorDash customers are paying customers too, she walked away. The male employee—who I later found out is a manager—turned to me and started laughing uncontrollably.
After watching multiple customers receive their orders ahead of me, I asked again. She confirmed the name was there but said she didn’t know if or when it would be made. It became clear they had no intention of fulfilling the order. I eventually left, with no pizza.
I called the store afterward and was shocked to learn that the employee who laughed at me is indeed a manager. The person I spoke with apologized, but offered no resolution.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service, and more importantly, unsanitary food handling practices that should be addressed immediately.

I don’t know what the issue is with these workers but they need to fire everybody and get a whole new crew. They’re friendly for sure but I’m starting to think they can’t read. I always get regular cut pizza instead of square cut like I order and tonight it was cut regular AND square so my pizza is in pieces. Also this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered and it tastes like they didn’t use ANY pizza sauce at all i mean sooooo dry. I also ordered spicy Italian sausage and got regular sausage. I wouldn’t send anyone here at all. Again the crew is friendly but don’t follow directions AT ALL

Had a bad experience last night! Ordered my pizza online just to get there and was told they had to remake my pizza. Waited 10 minutes got home realized they didn’t give me garlic stuff crust. Called the manager explained to her what happened she gave me a free pizza 2 for 1 I can’t complain she’s a great manager.

I came in this location Doordashing on Superbowl Sunday, very busy but the staff was still very nice and keeping their composure. Natalie kept checking on my order and always smiling. These are great people!

Lobby was packed, which is understandable since it was dinner rush. A persons card wasn’t working, which isn’t the cashiers fault. But to only have one cashier available and 8+ people waiting in line for 20+ mins and people leaving without their food….hope it was worth it for them!

The last few times I have ordered pizza from here it has been soggy and sopping in grease as shown in the picture, making it inedible.
Pizza is always ready on time UNLESS you order on a Saturday and then that place is a complete mess.

My husband ordered 2 medium pizzas and thwy looked very small didn’t even come close to size of box and supposed to have 8 pieces and one of the pizzas was not 8 I measured it just out of curiosity on how big it was and wasn’t even 10 inches . The 2nd pizza was not 12 inches either bit under. Their was barely any sauce on them . And dough was under cooked . Order the all meats for one and all the cheese for other . On the meat one cpulnt handle find a pepperoni and looked like someone just grabbed a handful of ham and threw it on . This was the worst pizza I have ever had. And I have ate at all thw pizza places around. Sad to say even dominoes would of been better.

I don’t mind that my carry-out order wasn’t even made and was passed the allotted time (6:34-6:44p) by the time i arrived. It is NYE at 7p. However, what i do have an issue with is noone is wearing any head protection nor gloves. An the woman with the long braids who is taking the pizzas out the ovens had her hand around her mouth and wiping it as she uses a remote to change something on the TV. We are just gonna pray EXTRA hard over our food. Cause I saw her touch the pizzas (everyone’s pizzas) with her bare hands to slide them in the boxes. Workers were more interested in their phones, the TV, the music, and teaching a kid who is not even old enough to work how to do things…than getting stuff out for the very filled lobby area.
