Garbage… do not eat here, this place is a serious rip off, food was really bad mostly
uneatable, if it was half price it would still be over priced, served lasagna that is still cold in the middle taste like soggy cream with starchy rough pasta, also had a Bolognese pasta that was undercooked tasted like Ragu sauce and a shrimp salad with six coin size shrimp with a few lettuce leaves with one rum and coke, a Coke and a lemonade all priced in USD. came out to over $100 canadian when doing the exchange. The server was horrible .
i felt bad throwing it away so I was gonna bring back the leftovers to the security of the house I’m staying at, instead of asking if we wanted anything packed up, while im in mid conversation with my friend, the server just came and grabbed the plates still with plenty of food and just walked away without asking if we were even done or wanted it pack-up to go. i would never come back here and i hope to save you from this horrible experience. i hate to leave bad reviews when im on vacation but this place deserves it. if it was half price it would still be a 1 star that how bad the value and experience was. The sad thing is I’ve been here before six years ago and this was one of my favourite restaurants I’ve ever tried in Cuba to go from the best to the worst in six years is crazy. I would say they just had a bad day, but that’s not the case this place is just garbage
Basura… No coman aquí, este lugar es una estafa. La comida era pésima, prácticamente incomible. Si costara la mitad, seguiría siendo carísimo. Nos sirvieron lasaña fría en el centro, con sabor a crema pastosa y pasta áspera y almidonada. También pedimos pasta boloñesa poco hecha con sabor a salsa ragú. También pedimos una ensalada de camarones con seis camarones del tamaño de una moneda y unas hojas de lechuga, un ron con Coca-Cola, una Coca-Cola y una limonada, todo en dólares estadounidenses. El cambio nos costó más de 100 dólares canadienses. El camarero fue pésimo. En lugar de tirarlo, iba a llevar las sobras a la seguridad de la casa donde me hospedo, en lugar de preguntar si queríamos que nos guardaran algo. Mientras conversaba con mi amigo, el camarero vino, agarró los platos con mucha comida y se fue sin preguntarnos si ya habíamos terminado o si queríamos que nos guardaran algo para llevar. Nunca volvería aquí y espero evitarles esta horrible experiencia. Odio dejar malas reseñas cuando estoy de vacaciones, pero este lugar se lo merece. Si costara la mitad, seguiría siendo una estrella. Por lo mal que fue la relación calidad-precio y la experiencia. Lo triste es que estuve aquí hace seis años y este era uno de mis restaurantes favoritos de Cuba. Pasar del mejor al peor en seis años es una locura. Diría que simplemente tuvieron un mal día, pero no es así. Este lugar es simplemente una basura.
