Sandwiches was soaked in dressing . Cucumbers were very thin and soggy , literally had 4 pieces of chicken in it . A tiny piece of avocado (I paid extra for that !!) no onion . I order a chili Mac . Must of disappeared , no chili in my Mac . Not the first time they do not follow my online order . Very upsetting.

To start this was one of the worst experiences and an establishment I’ve ever had. I walk up to the door and the door is locked. There are people inside, but the door is locked and I can’t even get in. When I get in the line to order my sandwich, they are dealing more with this catering order than with me and I end up spending 16 minutes trying to get my sandwich. And when I get over the soda machine, there are three different sodas that are out of order the Dr Pepper, the lemonade and the Diet Coke. And when my mom tried to go to the bathroom, one of the stalls didn’t lock and they were out of paper towels this is hands-down, the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Decoration-wise, Potbelly feels like the kind of place that wants to be old timey, but also new age at the same time.
The sandwich selection is adequate and they toast it after they make it which is nice, but can sometimes leave the bread a little too dry and crunchy. They serve salad, chili, soup, and milkshakes as well.
The staff is friendly, if not a bit indifferent at times.

I don’t know if I eat again in a place where the people behind the counter has the wrong attitude, only one dispenser had napkins, tables don’t get cleaned and neither do their vents. You be the judge.

I am so glad I tried Potbelly’s again! I had it 10 years ago and was so disappointed in their meatball sandwich, I just never went back. This time I had the ham and Swiss and it was devine!
This location at Old Orchard mall, is open and airy, and has a cute little reading nook by the window, and a 1 person booth that faces a wall, perfect for us introverts.

I made an order through the app and in the additional notes I had put that I was feeling sad today-can u write a note?
when I picked up my mobile order, the receipt indeed had a note!! “chocolate increases endorphins- feel better <3" and it put SUCH a smile on my face and my heart!! turned my mood around. I discovered a treat inside when I got home to eat my sandwich and I just wanted to say thank you so much to whomever blessed my heart tonight. I'm going to bed not sad & very grateful. seriously thank you!!!!

So this review come after over 6 months that I’m visiting this restaurant and based on what I saw during this time and noticed about all workers .
This place it’s nice and clean .Food very delicious I like all workers they are very nice,pilots & very professional, wearing gloves,hat,hair net .Dealing with all and , showing respect to all customers and the way that talking and the way that dealing with delivery drivers as well !!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this Potbelly location back in February. I was unfamiliar with how to order, and instead of helping me, the man behind the counter was sarcastic and belittling. His tone was rude and dismissive, and he made me feel incredibly uncomfortable — to the point that I left in tears. He told me he would apologize, but never followed through. No one should be treated like that, especially when they’re just trying to order food. It was humiliating and completely uncalled for. I won’t be coming back, and I hope management takes this seriously.

Only once in the past 2 weeks did they actually make the sandwich correct. Took the sandwich back in two of those times where they messed up and they refused to add the missed ingredients claiming the sandwich was fine accusing us of lying. We even took pictures. Rude inexperienced manager. The lady with the mask on her face is the one that usually messes up this sandwiches and today they were drenched and soggy both sandwiches. Going to contact corporate and start shopping at a different location.
