Domino’s new Parmesan stuff crust pizza is out of this world. It is so good and delicious. If you have the dominos app, I was able to get these two medium pizzas for $10 a piece. Great deals, great service, great pizza.

One star because zero isn’t an option. On 1/12/26 they delivered the wrong pizzas. Once I got inside and opened the box I realized I received the wrong order. I immediately called the store, and was told my issue would be corrected via delivery driver coming back to my house. The man on the phone also confirmed my correct order. An hour goes by, I have still not received my correct order. I called up the store again. I questioned if their mistake was going to be resolved and I was informed it was. Another hour goes by and I have not seen my correct order delivered. I then made a claim to Domino’s Customer Support; however, I haven’t heard back. I am extremely disappointed.

absolutely horrible how far this place has fallen in the last couple of months. My family is super busy with sports and school activities so we order once a week. Never again…
The last couple of orders the pizzas were smashed. The ‘cheese-like’ food stuck to the lid of the box. (see photo) We called and were on hold so long we just gave up.
We made a poor choice and decided to order from them again last night. I got home and expected pizza to be waiting… no pizza. I asked the wife unit and she said the driver left Domino’s a while ago. A few minutes go by and she calls the store. Oh look… we are on hold.
She was on hold a few minutes and the driver shows up. She looks at the pizza and sure enough the boxes are both smashed… the bread bites box is soaked with oil… driver says its the stores fault for not checking and he’s just the driver.
Driver didn’t care. She asked him why he drove past the house to go to Hobart and then back track to us when we are right on the way. He says he just follows where he’s told to go shrugged and left. Horrible customer service… but wait… there’s more. The “lady” at the store says You think that was bad, hold my breadstick…
My wife wasn’t done so she called again and was put on hold for a while… then someone picked up and put the phone on the counter and talked amongst themselves. So she hung up and got some young lady.
This person should not be answering a phone for any business. The was smug… totally unprofessional and just didn’t give a shit. Period. She didn’t care and after a minute or so she just hung up on my wife.
I know Dominos isn’t a real job for actual adults… but FFS at least try to appear professional as a representative for a billion dollar company…

I was there today around 1030-11am with my daughter. The man at the cashier was so sweet and respectful. He went out his way to bring our pizza and plates to our table. I think he saw me struggling with my daughter. Made our morning a great one.

Placed an order online, the website is super buggy. Accidentally ordered a pizza I didnt mean to and wanted it refunded. I tried contacting the store before they made it and I was on hold for 10 minutes and then the phone picks up and I can hear everyone’s conversations but no one is talking for about another 10 minutes until I hang up. Pizza and bread bites were a greasy mess. Ended up throwing them away. Pictures were posted. 2 times in a row items were missing. Example no pepperoni in the pepperoni cheesy bread. The last order was missing a diet Coke. Tried to call the store after placing the order and was put on hold as usual before deciding to hang up. We have given Dominos enough chances to make things right and improve. It’s time to take business elsewhere where it will actually be appreciated.

Placed a online order waited 50 min pizza tracker said it was still being prepared, called and my pizza just hit the oven, this time waited 30 min same thing pizza being prepared canceled order heard someone in the backround say next to go in the oven. This place used to be dependable don’t know what changed but it’s not the same. Miller or Flamingo pizza for us from now on.
