Don’t go here if you want a pleasant experience. The employees are incredibly rude and have no customer service skills. This establishment ASTOUNDS me with how disrespectfully these Dunkin employees treat customers and each other. Your order will take a minimum of 30 minutes despite ordering online. The floor is covered in grime and your drink will never come out right despite its simplicity. The contamination of EVERYTHING is disgusting and I will never be returning to this establishment or any other Dunkin ever again.

Terrible staff at this location! After standing at the counter for 10 minutes, un-acknowledged by the dark haired lady with face piercings, who was mumbling and cursing under her breath I finally spoke up and asked if anyone was serving the counter. In response, I got yelled at and told I need to be patient, with the F bomb dropped again under her breath, but loud enough for all to hear. I turned and walked out, won’t be returning and I’m sure she doesn’t care. I know places get busy but when you’re serving the public all you need to do is smile and say “we’re very busy, but I’ll be with you in just a moment.” I don’t care how hard it is to find people to work, if that woman worked for me she would be fired. She is definitely chasing away more customers than she’s bringing back.

Waited 45 minutes for an online order I placed 30 minutes before arriving. The iced coffees were melted and they lost my donuts and had to redo them. I was met with attitude by 2 out of 4 employees when I asked about the donuts on my order and was told to go stand in line to get them. Another 25 minutes and I finally got our stuff. This location seems to always have issues with time management.

I hate to give a place like Dunkin’ Donuts a low rating. I only go for coffee, and I’m sure the bagels and donuts are up to par. But this place has the slowest service I have ever experienced. I went 3 days in a row (I’m not a masochistic, but I needed coffee). Day 1, 45 min wait in line at drive through. There were people standing outside waiting to get in at 9:30 am on a Saturday, and once you get on the drive through line, you are stuck. Day 2, around 9 am on Sunday. No crowd, 1 customer at the counter, at least 6 people milling around behind the counter, and it took 10+ minutes to get a coffee. Day 3, around 8:30 am on Monday. A few people on line, and similar problems. These guys really need to work on service!
Update several years later ( Oct 2023) Still slow, but now with extra filth! I’ve been in cleaner gas station bathrooms. You have to be out of your mind to eat in this disgusting mess.

Absolutely the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. I kept hearing employees say very rudely to other customers that they were short staffed. Seems like a lie because they have more employees behind the counter than any other Dunkin I have been to. This place is pure chaos.

It doesn’t matter if I order everyday or once every 3 months from this location, something gets messed up every time and the wait is horrendous. Don’t waste your time on ordering ahead on the app… it still won’t be ready when you get there. Even if you chose a time 30 minutes out. As a former Dunkin’ Assistant Manager, this location needs help.
