3 Flamas is Absolutely incredible! This food truck serves some of the best tasting authentic Mexican food we’ve had in a long time. We tried the chicken, brisket and beef tacos. Every single bite was packed with flavor and you can tell the ingredients are fresh.
What really made it special was the warm family-friendly atmosphere. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. If you’re in Aubrey, do not miss this gem. This is definitely a 10/10. We will definitely be coming back.

I had the pleasure of trying tacos at 3 Flamas, and I have to say—they were out of this world! Every bite was packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and incredibly fresh. The tortillas were just right, the fillings were generous, and the seasoning was spot on.
Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was also top-notch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they put real care into every dish.

Came here with my girlfriend to have street tacos and they were AMAZING. I had the brisket, carne asada, and chicken tacos and they were filled with flavor. They also had a big menu so I have to come back and try it. Great service and great food, would HIGHLY recommend.

TERRIBLE experience here!! Came to get food and a heavier guy with black here was so incredibly rude. He was sitting on his phone and didn’t properly greet me. Then when I got the food he didn’t say anything at all… It was such a strange experience. They definitely don’t like black people or people of color. Beware!

Torta Asada was perfect, wife had a burger and she loved it. Kids had a lot of activities to play outside like corn hole and giant connect four. Great place to have a dinner and a relaxing chill evening.

I ordered for delivery via DoorDash, and I received the food quickly. The delivery time did not affect the quality of the food, as it was still hot when I received it. The fries here are pretty good, and that’s about it. The burritos don’t come with cheese, which I knew when I read the menu but still weird. The beef was under seasoned. The rice and beans are literally precooked, instant rice and beans. They look and taste exactly the same as the ones I’ve had from grocery stores. To me, a Mexican restaurant’s rice is what determines how enjoyable the food is and if it’s worth it. The flour tortillas also seem to be prepackaged. Adding on DoorDash’s hiked up prices, fees, and tip on top of the prepackaged food, this is not worth it. I most likely will not eat from here again nor do I recommend it to anyone else. I mainly ordered based off of the many 5-star ratings, but they now don’t seem too authentic. I’m new to Aubrey, and i don’t know if this is just what food is like out here?

This is a hidden gem!! We stopped here on a whim a few days ago and tried their bacon cheeseburgers and they were SO YUMMY, so we stopped again tonight to try their tacos and burritos and they all were SOOO GOOD!! This is going to be our new go-to! They are fast, very friendly, and make DELICIOUS food for a great price!! Do yourself a favor and get the carne asada tacos, you won’t regret it!!!

We were looking for a quick bite on a Sunday evening and instead of hitting up a nearby fast-food spot, we opted for supporting local– and of course it was the right move! The food and service was beyond amazing. We went for the recommended birria tacos (which were some of the best ever), the Cuban torta which was huge and incredible as well. My daughter really enjoyed her quesadilla and the jarritos sodas. Truly some of the best local Mexican food we’ve tried locally and that says a lot! There are several other food trucks nearby and a nice little sitting area food outdoor eating.
