It has a butter- toasted Big Island baked sweet Hawaiian bun, 2 juicy grass-fed local beef smashed patties, 2 slices of cheese, grilled sweet onions, local lettuce and our KILLER signature Paradise Butter Sauce (people have been caught drinking this straight from the bottle). Hands down the best burger on Big Island, amazing attention to detail when it comes to creating these out-of-this-world burgers, they have a whole system just to get the bun buttered right. OMG… I consider myself a bit of a burger snob. Up until today, Gasoline Burger in Copenhagen, was the most amazing one which I ever ate. However, this burger is now the very best hamburger which I’ve ever had in my life. The sweet Hawaiian buns, the specialty butter sauce, added bacon bits puts the grass fed beef burgers over the top.
