We love the salad bar it’s the best one in town we drive over 30 mins to eat here. The food is always good. The facility is always clean and well maintained. My kids love the lemonade drinks. The staff is nice. Parking lot is large and clean as well.

My husband and I had an outstanding waitress on 4/7/2019. She was very friendly and the drinks were amazing. She kept coming back to check on us. The food and staff were great!! We will definitely be returning.

It was my first time eating at Ruby Tuesday’s and all I can say is, their food is great. The service however sucks. Had to wait a whole 30 minutes for someone to come see our table. Had to ask not once but 2 times for a to go plate, one by a server and the other by the manager, both said they’d get it. Took them 15 minutes to get me a TO GO PLATE. Oh and one more thing, one of the servers or hostess was rude while taking our drink order. Not the kind of first experience I want. And the music choice is not what I would let children be listening to.

My family and I went to the Bay Minette, AL location for Father’s Day lunch. They were short staffed and everyone was in a panic, except for our server Kendall. He was very calm, nice, and professional the entire time. I have worked in the food industry for many years and the way he handled the crowd yesterday is commendable. I want to make sure he is properly recognized for his hard work and professionalism. I will visit this location again just because of the service he provided.

Good lunch spot. I like their salad bar. Everything is kept fresh and its not overwhelming in size. Good quick lunch. In and out in less than 30 minutes which for me is important. Would rather spend my little ration of free time doing stuff with the family vs sitting in a restaurant .

It’s usually a mediocre hit or big miss. We have given this location multiple tries before reviewing, mainly because of the ardent manager who wants the place to succeed. The time we had to speak with her is after waiting at the table for 12-15 mins without someone asking for our drink orders, thus causing us to leave. Sometimes have been a decent meal, especially the garden bar. Two other times have been long waits and/or improper temperature of the steaks. Medium well has always been well done. We usually hear other consumers around us also voicing their disapproval of long wait times or less than expected taste of food.

Not surprised that most Ruby Tuesday’s are closing and going out of business. Worst experience eating ever. On a Monday night, not more than nine customers in the whole place. I got up and walked around to observe what the problem of poor service was about. Management!! Plain and simple management. They too will close soon due to poor service, poor food, not a fan.

Had a great lunch at this Ruby Tuesday when traveling through. Wait staff was incredible. My waiter was a highschool boy that kept our drinks full and offered polite recommendations. If you’re looking for a Ruby Tuesday this one is a good pick!

My husband and I had lunch there today and were so disappointed. The food was so salty that we were unable to eat it. We both ordered the pick three with spinach dip, cheeseburger & fries and desert. My husband had the apple crisp and I had the chocolate cake. The cheeseburger was so salty that I only took one bite out of it and I only ate a couple of my fries. When I say too salty, I mean so salty that it burned my tongue.
When our waitress finally came back to our table and asked how everything was, we told her that the food was way too salty,to which she replied,”really” and “i’ll let them know”.
I just asked for her to bring our dessert and a to go plate so I could bring the burger home for my dog. It took a little while before she brought it out and when she sat it down in front of me, all I saw was a very dry cold piece of cake.
Needless to say we were not happy at all with our lunch experience today. The food was terrible and after we told the waitress that the food was way too salty, the service quickly became unacceptable..

It was awesome. Me and my boyfriend had a really great time there. Our server was awesome, the food was delicious, and the drink we chose was tasty. I will definitely be eat there again.
